This place is ok,, a no frills truck stop. Showers are usually clean, staff is hit or miss. Truck parking is limited however the dirt lot across the street has ample room space to park even in the middle of the night

This review is just to get the attention of corporate. As we drove by, the huge USA flag was flowing in the wind. However, the flag was shredded! Please pull that flag down and replace it with a fresh new (not shredded or cut) flag. Please respect our beautiful country. It would be better to take the flag down then to fly it in its current condition. We thank you for taking care of this ASAP.

Evening manager is a disgrace to the company. One she has purple hair, too she has the wrong attitude and does not symbolize leader ship at all. It’s people like her that make people never return to a place of business. All I did was walk in and ask for a manual authorization at approximately 9:00 PM and she told me that she would not help me do anything. I was just curious as to what she was even getting paid to do. Perfect way to runaway business, thank you for the experience

I go to pilot travel centers extremely frequently due to me being a truck driver and this location has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will definitely make sure that none of mine or my companies money is ever spent here again. When I confronted the employee giving me and attitude she ignored me and to make it worse the manager standing near by just laughed and walked away.

Place is good. But it gets 1 star because they refuse to do something about the truckertrash that decide to park wherever they want blocking entries and exits. It is bad when you cant pull your truck out of the fuel island because two trash truckers want to polish and shine their wheels and tires.

If I could give a zero I would. I personally do not work here so when the cashier said I had to scan my own items to buy them I said never mind. The cashier was just as happy to see me leave empty handed. Guess he had no stock in this enterprise. Good on you Pilot.

Best Pilot shower I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a lot of them! Totally worth it especially shower #2 as it has dual shower heads.

I remember one time I was stranded out in the desert with no gas one time and saw this place. In the light brown desert this gas station stood out like the Great oasis I was looking for. The humming of the florescent lights were like angelic beings singing a symphony right in my ears. The smell of the local homeless people feces also welcomed me. After I filled up my 1982 Chevy shitbox I headed home to tell the tale to my elders to let them know the boy they left in California has become a man. Also the gas prices were also nice.

Very busy store yet everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face. They do not have a deli but they do have some warm food items. The store is clean and very well stocked. Parking is easy and there's also additional truck parking across the street at the empty lot where you will also find food vendors. Thank you for being so patriotic and flying that beautiful flag. That alone is the main reason I now stop at your location.
