My experience for the last 4 sets of tires: 1. Sell customer four 65K Michelin tires 2. Upsell customer alignment package 3. Perform an incorrect alignment on customer's vehicle 4. At 35K miles explain to customer that tires are ruined from improper wear (due to misalignment) 5. Offer customer a warranty credit for new tires 6. Repeat steps 1-5

On Tuesday my Slave Cylinder blew leaving me stranded on the road. Thankfully I was right next to this Tire Kingdom on Bush Rd. I ended up calling them and despite how busy it was they were actually able to come pick me up and somehow drive my car to into their shop. The store manager Steven and his master mechanic Paul were quick to identify the problem and get me back on the road. I will be forever grateful for what they did for me that day. Thank you Steven and Paul!

This is the best tire place in the area, and even outside of the area. They are very upfront and polite. I never feel like they are trying to upsell or take advantage of me. And if you buy your tires there, they will patch it for free. They also check all of the tire pressure and will fill the tires for free. Really great place.

Someone on the phone told me that I could come down and bring my Tesla model three because I’m having extreme shaking in the rear end of the vehicle. So I drove all the way down there about 10 miles going to the front lobby and some guy comes out and tells me that he is unable to get my car in today. Needless to say I drove all the way here for nothing and was promised that someone would get my vehicle in today. I will never be coming by this location ever again

Tire Kingdom is a joke. Today just reassured me of why I do not do business with them. I was quoted one price on the phone, after waiting over 20 minutes to be helped, my total cost for tire installation was almost double of what I was quoted..Freaking joke - these people are scam artists. I will never do business with any Tire kingdom EVER!!

The staff at this location are all great! We take our company cars here for any maintenance or issues needing attention. Everyone always provides great customer service and our associates also come to them for there own personal car needs because we never have a bad experience with them. Steven, Nick and Israel are who we deal with the most and they're super attentive as I am sure everyone else is. I highly recommend making this location your go to location for car service.

I had a nail in the tire, Steven the store manager said it might be 1-1.5 hours. Thirty minutes later he calls and said it was done, and to top it of, for first time customers if you’re a first response, police, healthcare workers it was on the house!! Now that’s customer service. I will definitely be back and I have already told some friends about this place. Thanks Steven!!

I went for oil change and the filter was not put on correctly. I had lost lots of oil. Good thing I had another shop fix it. Then most recently went for another oil change, told them about experience( it happens I suppose), I asked for them to look at front end. I suspected I may needed shocks. Picked up car they said it was fine, the alignment was slightly off. As soon as I drove it I knew it still wasn't right. Had my other other shop look at it, and indeed needed front end suspension / coils. Once again I went back to inquire why didn't they discover it. Also asked for a quote. They said Svc manager would call. He did and said wasn't sure which ones I needed, but it would be just under $1000. So I asked when can he tell me which ones and price. He then said it will be right at $1k. Yea right. Never going to let you guys touch my car.

Amazing customer service. Like, no exaggeration, the best I have had at an auto shop. After my first visit I knew I'd be coming here for all my services. Israel was my service rep and he was enthusiastic and willing to answer any and all questions. He didn't try and push anything on me that I didn't want. I look forward to returning whenever I need something done on my baby.
