Last weekend went to the one in chasewood, they were all over the place and didn't know how to handle the orders. Came here today to avoid that and luckily not crowded til I can see why... The three people I saw working had such attitudes. The two in front of the registers didn't even acknowledge the customers as they were busy talking to each other. The guy asked me what I was getting and I said a dozen donuts and then he asked what kind and I asked if they had chocolate creme (since that is what I was sent to get anyhow) and he said no. I asked what the ones on the bottom were as nothing was labeled. He yells to the women talking who ignored him at first and then they came over with an attitude and answered the question. I began ordering and he said "wait. Is that all you're getting? It's 10.99 you pay here and then they will get the donuts for you". I ordered and I was very pleasant and said please and thank you but the girl didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to her. Just handed me the box with a scowl and then went on to the next person. I guess in today's day and pandemic days, whatever it is, customer service is no longer necessary but God forbid anyone is rude to them.... ~Tara

I purchased a number of items, and after checkout, noticed the prices were as much as 20% more that the prices shown on the product shelf displays. I went back to the counter. The store person said, "Oh, those prices are over a year old. We've been too busy to update them." I own a collectors vehicle restoration shop near by. As a result of this experience, I will no longer purchase any product from that store. Additionally, I have made a point to make sure customers and associates are aware of how busy they are. ~Vincent

Absolutely Awesome Clothing Boutique!! I totally screwed up on a other review, I went inside face to face, and the staff was OUTSTANDING. Didn't know what I had done prior, but immediately greeted me nicely, acknowledged my presence, but NOT OVERBEARING. Helpful with Clothing choices, but not pushy!! Loved it here. Great variety of styles. Owner was out with Holidays, but Manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. Going back!! ~Tracy

I came by to share what I knew about a bike, THE PINK LIGHTNING BOLT!! I spoke with the owner, Paul. He was interested to hear the history of something on his sales floor. The other things in his shop, you might think they're a little pricey, because you don't need vintage billiard balls... Until you see the Mickey Mantle baseball card you wanted when you were 10. You won't care the $. The stuff he sells is like that. You'll see it,you'll know it, won't care the price. So, forget the $, Paul COULD have that THING that will complete YOUR man/WOman cave. ~Ray

I transferred my daughter over here from a charter school and the staff has been wonderful. The principal and registrar have been so welcoming! We have felt more welcomed in a short time than we did the entire time with the charter school! So happy we made the switch! Thank you! ~Melissa

Very quick and nice service. The previous time I went I was blown away with their professionalism and timely service. This time they tried to sell me a filter that I had just gotten replaced so I smiled and said no thank you, it was just replaced. They were polite and I get that they want to sell other items, but be reasonable. Still super fast and great with oil change. ~Tracy

The folks at Anna's Flowers did a wonderful job in fulfilling our online request for an arrangement and delivery to our friends in Jupiter. However, what really sets this florist apart from any other that I have dealt with in over 35 years of ordering flowers from afar is there delivery service. I received a call (we live in San Diego!) from the delivery driver, Greg, who wanted to let me know that our friends were not home. He explained that he wanted to let us know that the arrangement was left by the front door under the building overhang, and they should be fine until they got home. This is just outstanding customer service and I so appreciate it! Plus, our friends LOVED the flowers!! ~John

Amazing customer service. Like, no exaggeration, the best I have had at an auto shop. After my first visit I knew I'd be coming here for all my services. Israel was my service rep and he was enthusiastic and willing to answer any and all questions. He didn't try and push anything on me that I didn't want.
