Very quick and nice service. The previous time I went I was blown away with their professionalism and timely service. This time they tried to sell me a filter that I had just gotten replaced so I smiled and said no thank you, it was just replaced. They were polite and I get that they want to sell other items, but be reasonable. Still super fast and great with oil change.

Services was fine, but I was told that I was getting a 7000 miles oil change and then I got an email stating that the oil change had to be done within three thousand miles. And I don't know why.

This time they tried to sell me a filter that I had just gotten replaced so I smiled and said no thank you, it was just replaced. One car over the pit just sat there for over 10 minutes just waiting to pay with his credit card. Corporate: Please give these guys some training!!!!! Service: Oil change

The people are fantastic! However the price of 4.5 qts of 5w20 full syn oil for 119.95 at a quick lane??? Those are dealership prices, without a tire rotation. I can go to the dealership with factory trained techs have a FULL inspection, oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off for 69.95. The oil is bought in bulk, pass on some of those savings to your customers!!!

I love going here! It is very fast and they are friendly. They aren't pushy and explain things about my car. In specific, William and Chris were very kind and helpful! I also just moved to the area and got some good food recommendations from them while my car was being serviced. I inquired about having a tire rotation, and the gentleman who was helping me took a quick look at my tires and said I didn’t need one quite yet, instead of selling me on it, which was incredible service!
