I purchased some lights for my husbands truck. When they arrived, the lights were clearly used, returned and had seen better days. I reached out to the company for a return which they granted. However, once they received the lights back they claimed I misled them on why I was returning them. Due to such they had me pay return shipping. I do not know in what world this would be acceptable. They claimed that since the lights were still functional it was classified as 'buyers remorse'. I will never purchase anything from this place again.

It’s a small space with a lot of big trucks don’t bring your motorhome or Rv there. I told them not to leave the door to my RV open. I have cats and I got upset because they left the door open. I had to yell at the guy across the lot because he left the door open. So after wasting half the morning they told me to leave. Bad experience

Ralph, Peter and Freddie are very unprofessional, they got me for 2K on work that didn’t even fix the problem. I had told them that I have a warranty and they didn’t even want to contact the warranty they just wanted to charge me and when questioned them on why it’s taking 10 days to fix 1 truck they have all the excuses in the book other than the answer I’m looking for. So 10 days later 2K out of my pocket and 10k lost because they couldn’t fix the problem. Gotta love it

Most places won't work on Motorhomes. This shop said,no problem. Open on Saturday which is hard to find. 110 an hour is not the cheapest place but they didn't turn me away Like Rush truck center did and Benchmark RV doesn't do engine work so what's up that?
