Updated review. Parts department has good customer service. Prices are what you'd expect. Service has made some good changes. I noticed they send a customer satisfaction survey after work is complete and they respond. They also do automated emails with updates. Calls are also made. Work on truck hasn't taken as long either. Now seems like the cost matches the quality

They send you to Truck stop next door to park trailer $40 per day, cut off time is midnight before it rolls over. They have spots marked in back for trailers, full of junk. Don't answer phones. And said they close at 6.30, website says 9.

Kenworth is only 2 miles more north. Go there way faster customer service and better place in general. these reviews speak for themselves.

Not open all day and evening and weekends. Trucks break down every day 24-7. Service shops should do the same.

Always never fails to be a all day thing going here. I had number 78 they where in number 74 and it took 3 hours to get 2 bolt. The service here is extremely slow.

Parts department is short in staff but they are highly knowledgeable. Huge Parts inventory of oem and aftermarket parts. They make up the long wait time with friendly customer service and very helpful front counter. Go see Josh there, he'll help you out with all your needs.

Very poor service they keep my truck for two weeks and charge me almost $1400,6hours for labor and others for parts.The key point is problem still there, warning light still on. But my driver already on the way to TX. When my driver came back,I went rush center again,report the problem still there,they checked the different code and charge me again!Then after I pick up, warning light on again!! I have no idea what they do.I paid for almost 2000$+,and problem still there,that’s funny. Also, two of the woman receptionist’s service are so bad. Honestly,the other two guys are nice.

I've been here at Fontana's Rush Truck Center quite a few times now. Although the wait time is almost always over an hour to just get up to the counter to talk to a parts salesman, the sales personnel are always nice, helpful and very polite.

Waiting times are always longer that expected. Hopefully one day they can fix that. Update 07.2021 Ownership response and seeing progress on customer service means a lot. I will change my review for 2 stars to 4 stars. Thank you! Keep on mind that I am only talking about parts department since I frequently buy parts there, others department I don't know.
