Best truck rental agency in Sylmar, California (CA) 2024

I purchased some lights for my husbands truck. When they arrived, the lights were clearly used, returned and had seen better days. I reached out to the company for a return which they granted. However, once they received the lights back they claimed I misled them on why I was returning them. Due to such they had me pay return shipping. I do not know in what world this would be acceptable. They claimed that since the lights were still functional it was classified as 'buyers remorse'. I will never purchase anything from this place again. ~Ashley
