The motto "you can do it, we can hide" would be more appropriate here. They even called for 20 minutes to attempt to find someone who could help me cut cable in electrical. At that point I left and bought what I needed across the street at Lowe's.

Usually every time I go to home depot everything is great so I gave it 4 stars. But this time everything was not so great. First, I parked and called the number for curbside pick up and no one ever answered...just kept ringing and ringing. Then when I went inside to pick up, there were only 1 of my 2 items there because they said they were out of stock but I was never notified of that. I was also not notified of the email they claim they sent stating the second item was refunded. So I just decided to go to Ace hardware in town (Heber-Overgaard) and pay more (double the price) just to get what I needed without any hassles or mishaps.

I paid for dishwasher installation and delivery. After 2 last minute delivery reschedules they finally delivered and installed my dishwasher. After they ran it and left I found that they had left the filter loose in the bottom and it was now melted. They also did not plug it into the designated outlet but rather unplugged my garbage disposal and plugged it into that outlet. Because there is not room for both in the outlet we have to unplug the dishwasher to run the garbage disposal. When we called to ask them to install it correctly they said they couldn’t schedule it until a month out. Lastly it’s now not latching correctly and is a 1200$ waste of space. Last time I go to Home Depot. Lowes it is for all my future remodeling.

Excellent service I was assisted with all my issues. I was at the Home Depot in East Flagstaff Az, last week and was disrespected because I was a disabled Vietnam vet. The employee was rude and I mean rude. Just the opposite happened today in this Home Depot. I wasn't gonna shop at Home Depot again, but after today, I will continue, but not in East Flagstaff. The nicer employee's name is Yazmina..she deserves a raise in salary

Bought a new water heater here and picked up the same day. Had a bonus 75 off by using card. The sales rep in plumbing is quite knowledgeable. Used to shop across street at Lowes, but they are just not what they were.

Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. I’ve shopped at HD for 20 years. Been a long time Pro member. I’ve rarely encountered a more incompetent retail experience. 2 kitchen cabinets somehow “got lost” after being delivered to the store. Tracking shows delivery to the store on 2 different days with signature. I waited 2 weeks for the delivery to be told “order them again online since we don’t stock them.” Isaac and Clinton (managers) were contacted by the HD .com team to resolve. Cabinets magically disappeared. I don’t need your discount. I need cabinets. What your store needs is apparently more training.

I wish I could rate this store with a zero. I have been trying to settle a refund dispute for over one month. I went in to the store thinking it would be easier to try to resolve this issue in person and was told that I didn’t have to come in, I could just call. I have called numerous times and have been met with rudeness and indifference. The buck has been passed so many times and still no resolution. The manager finally did leave a voice mail stating that I could get store credit or I could just wait 30 days for my refund. Well, it’s been well over 30 days and still, NOTHING. This is, by far, the most incompetently run store I have ever done business with. I have disposed of my Home Depot card and will no longer do business here. It is very disappointing that your customers/veterans are no longer important to you.

The summer rush is on at the Home Depot. We went mid week and still had to contend with crowds of people. We found everything we needed and had several employee asked if we needed assistance. The service was very good despite the mass of people. I'm not a big fan of the do it yourself check-out especially if an issue arises about a purchased item. Highly prefer the personal interactions of a check-out cashier. But self check-out seems to be the wave of the future. Home Depot is are regular go-too place for all our garden and home maintainence needs.

To a man (and woman), the most helpful staff we've ever run into in any Home Depot. I take my elderly father there several times a week to keep him busy and engaged, and the staff there just seem genuinely compassionate. Big thumbs up from us!

Worst customer service ever. We had a breakdown with our current trailer and are stuck in the area desperately searching for a 5x10 to get us out of here. We called and after being transferred back and forth between associates they confirmed that they had one for sale. We tried to purchase over the phone and were told we had to purchase in person and that they can't hold it for us. So we drop everything we were doing and immediately drive 50 miles in our RV to go get this trailer. We get there and the trailer looks like it was assembled by a child. The boards were all unevenly spaced and warped and there was a brake light missing. We asked for a manager to talk about getting it at a discounted price and he informs us that they don't even have the title for it! We explained our situation over the phone and the woman that helped us even went out and looked at the trailer to check the size for us. The fact that all of these things were ignored will insure that I never spend another dime at Home Depot. The manager (Jacob) couldn't care less about us wasting $60 in gas and hours out of our day due to his store's complete lack of diligence and quality assurance. Would you spend $1,699 +taxes & licensing fees on this trailer?
