I hate buying cars -- but the team at Sands Kia made an otherwise dreadful process as painless as possible. I researched a ton before making my way to the dealership. I was reasonable with my expectations and firm on my terms. The team met my terms without a bunch of tomfoolery. I was pleasantly surprised by their new car inventory, given the current state of the market. I had choices. I didn't feel as though I had to settle at all. In fact, there were multiple trim levels and colors to choose from. While I'd like to rate Sands Kia 4.5, because at the end of the day is car sales and I'd rather have a more self-directed experience, I'll give them 5-stars because they were closer to 5-stars than they were four. Kia, in my opinion, has really stepped up there design, features, and materials game. So, if you're looking for a new car, give Sands a chance to surprise you.

We purchased our vehicle and have maintained it for many years at their service department. The employees here are very attentive and courteous. Tyler is our tech in the service department and he is exceptional at listening to our needs and helping us prioritize and budget our regular maintenance. UPDATE 7/27: Driving on the 10 during rush hour in the rain, I unfortunately made contact with someone else's hubcap which thankfully missed my tires, but unfortunately not my doors! Very scary considering the car was full of people! I called service looking for help, I spoke with Tyler and he pointed me in the right direction. I called back today, as I lost the phone number for the body shop. I left a message, and was immediately called back and was able to schedule for an estimate. Every single representative asked if we were okay, and if anyone was hurt. Very thankful for the team's compassion and understanding with our hectic schedule! Words cannot truly express my gratefulness for my salesman Dean, and the rest of his team. I had been in the market for a safer, more fuel efficient family vehicle. We had a mustang and decided that it was time to let it go. Two other Kia dealerships could not be bothered to help me, were not truthful about their stock, and made me feel bad about attempting to trade and do the smart thing. I purchased my K5 this past Saturday. Dean followed up with me for a few months, as I was originally looking for a seltos - even after I yelled at him LOL. He let me test drive a sorento and the k5, and was dedicated to finding the right vehicle for me and my family’s needs. The finance team was incredibly kind and patient. They went above and beyond. The entire team didn’t even have to help me at all! The atmosphere of the dealership was laidback, and every staff member I came across was incredibly friendly. And let me tell you, that goes a long way; especially when you’ve been under a lot of stress. I was treated like family. I’m on the move to convince my partner to purchase a vehicle here when he’s ready to upgrade. I haven’t been able to keep quiet about my experience here. Friendly, kind, compassionate staff! DEAN IS THE BEST!!! My vehicle was delivered spotless and detailed. I plan on making sands Kia my family dealership.

Worked with Dean friend (sales ) This man is patient and easy going, he listened to my needs and provided me with options that exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions thoroughly , worked as a team when it came to paperwork. Absolutely no pressure vibes that most sales men do. Took my 2021 Kia Telluride here for an Oil change, as my normal place was booked 3 weeks out. I am SO glad I did. These guys are SO nice and I was in and out in about 30 minutes! They complimented my vehicle and how is works and looks after having such high mileage for its age. Couldn't have had a better experience. These guys may just have become my new home for service!

Jackie is amazing and the rest of the service team as well! I had an issue with my Kia and they were able to see me same day, I know that is not the case every time but was very thankful and they are very knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care at sands Kia (I was going to another Kia dealer before and it’s always a week wait even for an urgent issue and they never found issues when I brought them up). I definitely recommend sands Kia now to friends and family.
