Tonight I experienced less than poor customer service which is completely unacceptable. I am a very easy-going person. I frequent Colt’s often, as it’s the last 24 hour gas station headed North for 30 miles. I was in the middle of a transaction when someone who stated they were an off-the-clock employee named “Denise”, felt the need to intervene. She told the employee checking me out that she could not sell me tobacco without an ID. (No problem, very understandable) and so I pull up a picture of it to satisfy the off-the-clock employee “ Denise” visiting her friend at work and she gets hateful with me. Telling me that’s against the law, to LEAVE and get out! I told her that she was being ridiculous and she told me I needed to leave, that I had an attitude. I never cussed? I was very cordial. I would’ve been perfectly fine if they would’ve kindly declined the sale, but the way “Denise” acted was out of line. I almost believe she was under the influence. I ended up getting my ID and continuing my purchase after she left, the employee who eventually got to check me out told me “Denise” was having a bad day. She had no reason to take it out on me. She told me her name and her managers name. I will be in contact.

Absolutely disgusting of a place. Vile. Should be condemned. Staff is more worried about their appearance than cleaning ANYTHING AT ALL!!! WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN.

Very rude day employees. Also charging for Comdata checks that are a courtesy to truck drivers. I won't be back there and I'm reporting them to Comdata.....

I just left the store- Colts- at 6:50 pm on Friday night . I bought a tank of gas- premium- and found window washing liquid was out in 3 different containers, finally found a little to wash my windows. Next I went to use the mens room & wash my hands- no paper towels. I talked to Andrew when I was checking out and was letting him know the paper towels were out & he said really rude tone that hasn't got there yet & didn't say that he was gonna put some new Ones in soon. I guess I dont need to stop there any more since I cant get my hands clean & dried after I pump gas in my vehicle. Otherwise, it's been a great store from the past times I've stopped.

Rude staff. Didn't do anything different this stop then we normally do when we stop at night. But the young blonde thing wants to mouth. The ones you need to worry about are the ones that are in there every night with backpacks and things on that look like they are up to no good. We will NOT be stopping there anymore.

I love this store, always have. Only giving it a 5 star because of that. Ever since y’all hired that heavy woman with spiky short hair and glasses, the experience hasn’t been as great. She’s super rude and passive. Again, if I based this review off of her, it’d be a -2 rating. Get rid of her, and otherwise great fuel station!

Skimmer took my card info on 18 Dec. Cameras don't work, no security sticker on pumps, way to many people loitering. Mgt and owner obviously don't seem to care about public safety. Avoid this place at all cost.
