They always get something wrong, forgetting a condiment or adding too many. Don’t want mustard? You must want double ketchup then. Drive thru? You’re going to sit there for awhile, they don’t use those parking spots for when orders take too long. Worst McDonald’s. I’d rather drive the extra 10 min (which you’ll sit in line for anyway) to the Fayetteville location. And not sure if the lobby is supposed to be closed but they are 💀

Very rude and very poor customer service. They messed up my order 2 times In the drive thru then I get home and my daughters hamburger that was supposed to be only pickle had everything on it even though she’s allergic. So I called and asked to speak with the manager and this was at night by the way. She said you’re talking to her and I explained what happened and I said that the worker in the window was rude and she told me sorry you feel that way in a rude way. Very unprofessional and I will be taking this higher!!!!!! Very very very poor McDonald’s management!!

So I came here Sunday at 8:30Am and ordered two caramel Frappuccinos. I went through the drive thru and they told me to park so I did. There was a car to the left and right of me. They got there food after about 10 minutes so I waited. After about 20 minutes I finally called them they said they were making the drinks now. Came out after another 5 minutes the drinks were completely wrong, the manager didn’t even bring them out, and didn’t even say sorry. I just told the employee to take them back and left. Didn’t have time to wait on a refund. Just thought I’d share my experience. Also just left from there about 10 minutes ago and the girl who was handing orders out was super rude. Just handed the food with an annoyed look on her face and didn’t say one word. I love McDonald’s but I will never go back to this one ever again.

Lets start with how dirty and disgusting the restaurant is in the inside…the workers are more busy answering their phones and watching tiktoks than serving not a surprise…all the soda’s where flat and when asked for another well..it was also flat. Manager if thats what you can call the manager he really don't care about nothing really…who ever the owner is come and fix your restaurant.

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars was the food, was hot. There was nobody inside and 2 cars in drive thru. We went in and ordered looked for a table none was clean, floor had food all over it, under the tables, trash was over flowing,. I went to the counter and notified the gentleman that the tables were all dirty he looked at me like I was special. I said ok then can I have a wet rag to clean is a table and he said sure, handed me a wet rag, and walked right back over and commensed to chatting away with 4 other employees. Went to use the restroom nastiest bathrooms I have been in, right up their with a truck stop restroom. No toilet paper in the stall I was in. Had to hover to use the restroom. I will not come back to this McDonald's, I love McDonald's usually but this one was a real bummer.

Coffee had grounds floating on top ugh second cup they gave me did too third cup was freshly made I didn't eat so idk how the food was tables were all dirty except two I sat in one took me awhile to find one bathroom wasn't very clean either

Ordered on the app for inside dining. Arrived and saw my order on the screen. After 10 minutes It disappeared from the screen but was never called from the server counter. I inquired and even repeated back to three employees. After nothing (and NO offers to further assist) I simply left with nothing. Had other things to do. There is no remedy or way to report on the app.

Extremely slow, rude workers. They couldn’t figure out how to redeem my 4500 points for a free large frappe and kept insisting I was just getting points. I explained to them several times how to do it, because I’ve done this at several locations. Had to get a manager and they handed me the receipt and slammed the door without saying sorry. Please hire some new workers who know what they’re doing! Easily the worst location I’ve been to in NWA.

This has been my favorite location for years, I've always enjoyed it. My last few visits I have noticed it is messy, over all poorly maintained. Today was not busy at all, in fact I was the only customer dining in. Most tables were not clean and there was trash all over the floor. The leather on the booths was rather sticky. I'm sure employees do not get pay enough to deal with this, but I know they can do better.

Stood at the front counter with my boy for five people behind the counter kept looking at us never acknowledged our presence to take our order so I hollered to get their attention and the Lady said I would be a few more minutes. No I don’t think so we left in the men’s bathroom smells like somebody peed all over the walls sink floor whatever this location is plum nasty And needs new management that cares!
