Our mail person has put my packages in the wrong box several times now. Usually my neighbors will bring it to my door, but not always. Today it happened again and I called before they closed once I got notified that a package was left in my box and it wasn’t there. I spoke with Jason every time I’ve called so he’s familiar with me and came and opened the box and hand delivered my package to my door. It had indeed been put in the wrong box. Everyone on my street is fed up with our delivery person but Jason made it right. He’s been helpful every time I’ve called.

Carrier notified that package had been delivered. Package not in box nor was key present to unlock parcel locker. This is second time in past couple of months along with other people's mail being placed in my box. I drove to Anderson post office manager explained situation and provided tracking number. She took my number and said she would call me after checking boxes as delivery showed it was in parcel. No call, no key or package. I called the 800 number for postal service explained to someone named Donna that I expected a call at least to let me know what was going on. Never did receive a call and still waiting to find out what happened to my package that was a day ago. Poor customer service and follow through. No wonder the post office is becoming obsolete better service delivery by Fed Ex and UPS. Never had any problems with them but recurring ones with USPS.

Postal carrier harrases elderly and disabled when you go into speak to manager she defends and says that is her family. They withhold mail even though mail box is on outside of gate. Two different addresses but withholds mail from both dwellings.

3x this month I got a status update on my package "delivered in mailbox" and it wasn't there. Amazon is starting to suspect I'm lying.

received a package today,the package was covered in a unknown,smelly toxic like smell. I called the local Post Master and she knew all about the package. She was combative and Unhelpful. Why wouldn't you knock on more door and hand deliver so O could refuse delivery. Horrible customer service

They don't come up to the box at my apartment if they don't have mail for my section and my out going mail including my bills that need to be paid and important court papers have been sitting there for over two days and today even with me waving at him to stop he keeps on going like seriously
