Thank you ever so much Oscar and Danny and all others providing service with whom I don't come in contact directly! If you are looking for honest good reasonably work that you can trust, I recommend them without reservation! I've been serviced at Valley Collision in Asuza for more than 5 years -in direct contact with Oscar, whose service has been outstanding! Prior to that, I was serviced for an extended time since 2004 by Danny. His service was so exceptionally courteous, honest and good that I kept going back to the same business for more than a decade. When I heard he was at Valley Collision, I followed him there.

They repaired my car in a surprising amount of time. The only thing is that the guy said they would wash and detail my car. They didn't do a very good job on that and didnt even clean the inside of my windows. Don't offer something if its not going to be done right.

Being rear-ended and dealing with insurance and repairs is such a hassle, but everyone I dealt with here made it as painless as possible. Car looks as good as new and they guarantee their work.

I wasn't going to leave an review, but this is outrageous. I had an bad car accident back in 2015. My car was toll here (the toll guy recommended) to get it fix. Everything was going good until the payment part. - all this happened back in early 2016 - The payment checked was mail to me personally by the insurance. The amount was what they quoted me for. My wife and I went there early in the morning. Three guys was there at the time. We went into the office. I told the guy that I want to pay all of it in credit card. The guy wasn't very happy about that. He wanted cash. We "talked" for a bit and agree to make three different payments. My wife and I only have a few hundred in-cash with us. He say since we have to make three different types of payment, they have extra fees. At the time, my wife and I really just want to get the car and leave. So, we ended making two larger payment in credit and check and few hundreds in cash that we had at the moment. It was over the quoted amount and it was well over the amount that the insurance gave us. One of the guy try to cheer us up by offering us coffee. I took a cup and get out of there as fast as we can. - sometime in 2017 - A lady from the shop called and told me that I still own them money. I explained what happened and she apologized and that was that. - now in 2018 of September - A lady called me again and told me that I still own them money. This time I was somewhat angry. She went ahead and throw some numbers at me and than told told me there is supplement and/or supplemental charge that was not payed. What the hell is SUPPLEMENT/SUPPLEMENTAL CHARGES. She also ask if we have car rental and accuse us of embezzling the insurance money that was meant for them. That got me really angry. I explained, again, of what happened in 2016. As far as I know, your shop is the one that gave us the quote to give to the insurance. I gave you that money and than some! I pay you extra and I did not call you every year to get that money back. Also, my medical insurance money is not meant for you! BEWARE everyone, don't ever believe what they quoted you on and also keep your receipt for years to come! Who knows when they will call you and ask for more payments.

Valley Collision has time for all customers, " NO APPOINTMENT NESSESARY"Everyone was very professional, went out of their way to keep me informed... Unlike the "BIG BODY SHOPS" in the area do not have time to take on a job without an appointment. The response from a Dealer, "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TODAY, COME BACK ANOTHER DAY? The other was a large auto body (sne... Something) in the area. Same attitude, "Call for an appointment" we are too busy. I RECOMMEND VALLEY COLLISION 100%. By the way, my car final cost to repair was many thousands of dollars... Car looks better than new.

Did a fine job of repairing my vehicle. Only problem: after two years, the clearcoat peeled off of every part they painted and replaced. They said they would fix it if I paid for the paint (free labor). I went elsewhere, why would I want another crappy paint job.
