I was trying to get some gift cards and I'm turning to my people and outside and my phone died and one of the workers here allowed for me to charge my phone but the other employee gave me a sorry attitude like she has no sympathy for other people they're going to buy something here I think they need to put their managers or supervisors or whatever they are to a better environment of allowing people to do things like that that are buying something from the store not to someone that's not buying

Saturday 11/20/21 Store has a posting out front Covid vaccine available for appointments or walks ins today so I walked in. The pharmacist stated only Mon-Fr regardless of posting. She stated she was busy and just opened I would have to wait 1/2 hour if I wanted the vaccination so I agreed to wait. After agreeing to wait she then stated that she is will not Vaccinate me and is refusing because I was rude. She became angry because I showed her a picture of the posting and i mentioned that I was the only person there she didn't like hearing or seeing the pic of posting. They lost my biz.

I walked in to get something really quick, the door was open and some lady came charging at me telling me they were closed because the system was down. She asked how I got in and I told her the door was open she told me that I was lying and that I forced the door open. I tried to tell her that there was another customer in the store and that there was an employee outside cleaning the parking lot and maybe that's how the door was open she preceeded to scream at me. I the told her she was rude and needed additional customer service training. Everytime I go into this store they are extremely rude.

Went for a simple green dot Refill and RON the cashier was very rude and refused to re-scan my bar code to deposit money. I had to drive to another CVS to refill my card. Never have I had a problem with depositing until Today. Not to mention when I arrived at the second location store was closed. I had to wait until the next day. I Have filed a claim with the BBB. This is ridiculous. All because I'm Hispanic.

Went there to fill up a prescription. The phatmacist said they didn't have the medication. I asked if she could check if another location had it. She said NO, you have to go in person and find out. Home depot associates have more compassion for you when you're trying to buy a bag of fertilizer.

Surprisingly I didn't know there was spaghetti sauce here. This store's a great place to get emergency ingredients. And most importantly Roland, the cashier, was very friendly and most professional manner. He even has a great sense of humor making you feel comfortable especially in these tough times of social isolation. I'll be coming here again...

Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and Linda came over to "assist" me. The lack of disrespect and her poor managerial skills are just enough to have this customer go elsewhere. I will never touch foot in this store again! She was rude, condescending, and mean! I'm in my 40s and she made me feel like I was 5 years old again.

There is a lady here with glasses and platinum blonde hair in charge of opening on Saturdays that waved me away despite opening hours starting at 8am. I had to walk in with another customer that she didn't wave out before I could enter. She seemed kind and made good conversation with other customers but continued to give me attitude at the register despite me being polite. If you are young-looking or Asian (in my case, I was both), come at a later time on Saturdays or not at all.
