Always a long waiting time even when you call ahead and your prescription is supposedly ready

Waited 45 minutes in line to get my in laws medication only one person on the cash register and one handling the medication but slower than a dam turtle cant hire help 🤦♂️to help get people out quick very disappointed should of went to the valley pharmacy

Really disappointed. They said they would deliver by 7pm and had not by 6:30 so I called and they reassured me that they would be here any minute and of course they never delivered. I like to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt but there was no communication on their part and to deliver is kind of a no brainer task so I didn't in this case.So this is the 2nd pharmacy that has dropped the ball in Brawley. Once again failed by a pharmacy:( What is going on?? A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency goes a long way and clearly this was not the case. Customer service is always #1 and they failed to provide it. Pharmacies need to understand that medication is a priority for people and if you fail then you shouldn't be in business. Get it together

The best pharmacy hands down anywhere in the Valley, you do not have to wait houes to get your prescription filled and the staff are friendly

This is by far the worst pharmacy in Brawley, if not the entire Imperial Valley! The wait times are ridiculously long. I got to the counter asked for my meds. The pharmacist gathered them and had them right in front of me when another customer complained because he hadn't received his meds yet and had been waiting who knows how long before I got there. In spite of the fact that "Tony" had my medications right in front of him, he put them aside and asked me to wait for him to help the other man first. I've got nothing against first come first serve but the man had mine already there in hand in front of me. And then he helped a different person after that man before finally getting to me. Tony is very unprofessional. Part of the reason why he takes so long is because every few mins he stops what he's doing to answer a call or something like that and talks even though he has countless pharmacy techs/aides around him that could do that. It's ridiculous also that the first review on here says only great things and claims to have received a free gift card but if you look at their last name, it is the same as Mr Tony himself. It's all a sham. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to save my life. Delivery or not, they are not worth the nonsense. Steer clear of this place. Oh and all the OTC meds are the generic brands you find at Dollar tree and other 99¢ stores but he's not charging you 99¢ or $1. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation. The unprofessionalism of this business is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hell if I could give a thumbs down or even a middle finger I would haha. 👎🖕

Slow and unprepared. No restrooms in spite of long wait times. Doesn't seem like the staff even communicates with each other. Only plus side is that they often have medications that the other pharmacies are out of. They say they deliver but my mom has asked them to deliver several times and has yet to actually get them brought to her. No drive thru either... If I could give them 2.5 stars I would.
