What’s the point of having a pharmacy that’s not willing to help anyone. I have called on and off for two weeks to try to talk to someone about my prescriptions and no one answers the phone. It’s like they disconnected it. I called the main line they paged someone to answer the phone and transferred me and still the phone was picked up and then out back in hold at least give time! What the heck??!! Rude people!

No one ever answers the phone, and when they do... they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes so you end up having to hang up to try again. Then again, no one ever answered.

Just call them all day until they pick up, trust me they hate it when the phone rings for 3 hours non stop!!

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have been to employees are rude. I am in drive thru after 5 min they answer my call saying,YOU HAVE 2 PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU!!! I replied ok I just,wanted someone to acknowledge that you knew I was here. She replied I CAN'T HEAR YOU BE BACK. I hate comeing hear and if it wasnt,for my mother,whom is blind I would not be here at all. The drive thru is horrible never know if it is working. It's been 15 min now and still here!!! No one has come back to help me!!
