They do a great job very fast service also so kind and great costumer service. But the job they where going to do for me at $700plus my mechanic is going to do for $400plus exactly the same. So price wise I’m not sure they are the lowest in town.

I was very nervous bringing in my car for brakes. Being a female and guessing that the prices would be outrageous. The manager explained everything to be and broke the prices down to make it very affordable for me. Service was extremely fast and they all have the best customer service. Would not recommend this business!! I had brakes, and rotors installed here February 2022, and was back by June 2022 getting rotors replaced again. They replaced the front rotors, and turned the back ones on my 2014 Kia Sorento. Now mind you the rotors they replaced were the original ones that came on the vehicle in 2014. The brakes started making a grinding noise in February, so trying to save some money I took it to Budget Brakes for the work. Was told it needed brake pads all around, rotors replaced on the front, and that the back rotors had enough surface left that they could be turned. They performed the work, and over $600 dollars later I was out. The first part of June 2022 I started noticing the grinding noise again, so since the parts were under warranty I took it back to Budget Brakes, and was told the front rotors were completely warped, and the back ones would have to be turned again which are at their limit now. The guy that is over this business told me apparently I was way to rough on the brakes, and was apparently riding my brakes a lot for the rotors to already be trashed in the small amount of time. I have owned this vehicle since 2017, and as stated before this is the first time the rotors have been changed, so it strikes me as odd that I can go 5 years with the same rotors, but when they install some they only last 4 months. I feel that they are using after market, or sub par parts, so they can sell more brake services. They had to replace the faulty parts for free, because they were under warranty, but still the next time I need service I will not be returning there.

Went Friday for free brake inspection, had 4 lug nuts missing by Tuesday morning. They can't even put lug nuts on correctly. Cost me $63 to find lug nuts locally that would fit my wheels. Service: Brakes

Kody and his guys were great! Excellent customer service and very thorough! He took the time to show me everything my car needed and talked options with me. Very satisfied with the work, as well as the cost. I spent about 300$ less than the other quote, for the same work. Plus had everything shown to and talked through with me prior to completion. And let me just add, for the first time in 7 years my brakes didn't squeak when I reversed and he actually told me why they were sqeaking and fixed it, when the other guys never even gave me any reasoning or offers to fix. Never again. My first experience they forgot to tighten the top caliper bolt, it came loose and the caliper fell and wedged, locking the wheel and running me off the road. Had it towed in and they fixed it. So this time my back brakes were needing replaced and they came out with a quote of just over $600 for new pads and rotors and based on my reaction then threw me a price for $400. I told them I was going to think about it so they put it back together and didn’t put the center cap back on correctly so some of the money I’m now saving by having a reputable place do the brakes for $240 will have to go to finding a now center cap.

My first experience there I go to get breaks I pay for two sets of breaks it's almost cost me $400. Which is fine I'm not worried about the price. After I get my brakes fixed and I go to leave my car starts to shake uncontrollably. So I call my husband who is a mechanic and have him look at my car only to find out that you didn't even put my tires on correctly. Long story short I almost caused an accident due to them not putting my tires back on correctly while I had my three children in the car. When I call the store to speak with Cody the store manager I was informed that this happens all the time and it's really no big deal. How is this not a big deal. If your employees can't even put tires on correctly then they don't need to be in your building. Let alone servicing cars. Service: Brakes

I paid a 3rd of what another shop quoted me to repair all 4 brakes and rotors. They saw me immediately and Kody went out of his way to help me with amazing customer service.
