I work on my car myself from time to time. I do have the oil changed at Valvoline in Hixson many times. Today I decided to do the oil change myself. When I got under the car I realized the cover had installed incorrect. There is a slot in the front that the cover sides into. It was not slide in the slot. The oils filter used was a vo-88. It is half the size if the one I installed. Whe m I look up the specs for the vo-88, a Ford product is not listed for that filter. The filter was really tight and gasket come off on the engine surface when I removed it. Makes me think they did not put oil on the face of the gasket when it was installed. They checked the tires because the low pressure light was on, one of the tires had 12 lbs, instead of checking for a nail, they pumped it up to 33lbs, rotated the tires , changed the oil, replaced 2 air filters charged $150 and this morning the tire was down again. Charge high prices, kick the can dow the road and don’t fix the real problem, send you on the way and let someone else deal with it tomorrow!!!! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

So apparently they where not prepared for a cvt transmission .... Most surely not 2 ctvs ... My rouge and this Subaru wanted a survice that i had to wait over an hour for and then one tech wanted to move me to the back of the line because what i was getting was " takeing to long" .... Ummm no im not going to wait longer because your illprepared k thinks. For as meany people that are working yall should be pumping out twice the cars you are. i get only 3 bays but i can do full survice t case transmission engine rear diff fluids changed and ac charged in less then an hour .... Come on bro and peoe are asking for a higher minimum wage.

I went in for an oil change and thought I needed one. Elijah checked my oil and showed me that it was clean and full and that there was no need for an oil change. They could have easily got me for a $100 full synthetic oil change. Honesty can be rare sometimes. Because of guys like Elijah, I will be servicing my Honda at Valvoline Hixson. Over an hour sitting in the bay for an oil change. Got charged $50 for a cabin air filter. I only came here because I had a coupon. Guys were really nice but I’m going to go somewhere else next time.
