I have been in this place on more than one occasion being very nice and understanding , but the people who work here are extremely rude. What is the point of being mean when you are the only pharmacy in town? I don’t get it. Same rudeness on the phone when calling to see if a prescription is ready for pickup . Not nice people.

Stay away!!! Take your business elsewhere...even with 20-30 minute drive to another pharmacy, you'll be saving time and avoiding an encounter with clueless and condescending staff.

Ignorance is alive and well. Whole staff should be fired. Sad how all of Cambria has no other option but to put up their pathetic customer service.

Dena (Store Manager) is the rudest person. I've had 2 prescriptions sent here over the past 3 years and everytime she hasn't been helpful at all (both times). The first time I was pregnant waiting there for over an hour... And she looks at me like I am stupid. Usually, I have them sent to morro bay due to the fact I don't want to interact with her. My prescription was sitting in the back the whole time. She didnt even try to look for it, or help me figure out what was up with the situation (both times). I never got a apology either. I would rate this a negative 5 if I could.

Wonderful little drug and gift store. It's kind of a throwback to the days where we had more of these mini / quasi department stores. We lived in NY and these types of shops are all over the place. Anyway, I was talking with Jeff about a lotion I wanted to buy which was pretty expensive. He gave me a small sample of it. Called back and am ordering it over the phone. Very helpful. Stop by and you'll see.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They know there is not another pharmacy for 20 miles and they have made inefficeny, customer abuse and absolute banditry (if no insurance-)a hallmark of their operation I cringe to have to give them 1 star

I came in with my elderly friend who still hadn't been Covid vaccinated and was still very skeptical. The staff were so kind and patient in explaining the risk factor of not being vaccinated. She was put at ease thanks to their information and respectful manners. Thank You So Much!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Made our annual mini vacation to beloved Cambria. Decided to stay an extra couple of days and needed to get 4 extra pills for our dog's anti seizure medication. Called the vet at 8AM. Spoke with Cambria Drug's owner and Pharmacist Alvin Ferrer at 11:15am to confirm he had the medication on hand. Went to pick up at 1:15PM. Told by the vet they had refused a verbal over the phone from our vet, and need our entire dog's medical history and a written prescription faxes to them. They said they had received nothing. I called my vet back and they confirmed our Veterinarian has not only spoken with the Pharmacist "technician" twice, but the information was faxed. I asked them to confirm the fax number and found out they were one digit off, TWO HOURS LATER (FOR A TOTAL OF 4 PILLS), while we stood outside in the hot sun....we finally received her medication, and charged $47.95 for 4 PILLS; which is normally $17.89 for 60 pills. When I questioned the charge the clerk stated that was without insurance. I told him I always pay $17.89 at Walgreens or CVS for 60 pills non-insured. He told me I could go elsewhere if I don't like their price. Well....I don't like their price. They are RIPPING OFF THEIR TOURIST who supports their economy, as much as you could totally tell from the owner and staff, your business is NOT wanted here. So I was charged $11.98 a pill when the normal price is 30 cents a pill. I was going to buy a few other items, and left everything there. I will NEVER give them an ounce of business. Ripping off your tourist clientele, that helps to keep your town alive, is not something to be proud of ALVIN FERRER!

The only pharmacy in the area. Thank goodness it's a good one. Very helpful staff was able to quickly locate the item we were looking for. They have all the essentials.
