Often can't find brand names I prefer. Neither of our two WDs are what I would say are invitingly clean though this could be age related.

Tried picking up script, told by pharmacist can't use insurance, must be preauthorized. I said I'll talk to my doctor, he says no, don't talk to Dr, I need to call my insurance. I'm no expert but I believe you have to be a Dr to get meds authorized. This pharmacist spoke so fast and was talking about my meds in front of several customers. He didn't know my situation and whether I could even afford price which is what I was trying to find out. This guy was very unprofessional and acted like I should know all about how pharmacies operates. It's his job, I'm just a customer with no clue how it works, not to mention him airing my business to all the other customers present. Bad ,bad service. Very embarrassing!!!
