L+L Printers was recommended to us by a local marketing firm for our company-wide business card refresh initiative. In fact, I often tell people that our L&L representative Sue, is an honorary employee of our company - she anticipates our needs & often knows what we need before we do. SUE IS A ROCK STAR when it comes to customer service - all print reps should be at attentive as she is. In addition to excellent product output & service, they also understand the need to continously watch the bottom line, and routinely find ways to help us save money on our bulk mailings and every now & again they'll find a typo or a mailing list issue and bring it to our attention before it becomes a problem.
