I've been to All Star Printing 3 times now and I've gotta say that the older man at the front desk has always come across as very unpleasant and I really don't like dealing with him. The first 2 times, the man had me speak with the graphic designer who answered my questions about the graphics I was trying to print and the best way to set them up. I went in today, as I had a few more questions for the graphic designer. I asked the man at the counter about printing an 8x10 on 8.5x11 and if it would affect the scale and he just gave me a blank stare and called the graphic designer over. I took that as the man not being able to answer my question. The designer was super helpful, as usual, and friendly. After I paid for my prints, the older man at the counter said (in a not so friendly tone) 'We like to help people who are just starting out, but I pay my graphic designer (blank) dollars an hour and I can't have you talking to him every time you come in". That was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. If he can't answer questions I have and he doesn't want me to talk to the graphic designer, I will be taking my business to people who are more friendly and helpful. The quality of the prints are good, but after 3 unpleasant interactions with the man at the desk, I won't be returning.
