Best bank! They have 2 SUPER atms inside to get out $K’s. Very convenient when I don’t have the time for long lines and small talk.

It's the end of the month at 2:45PM. There are 20 people waiting and 3 tellers. This bank is not prepared at all for a VERY common payday. They're not prioritizing clients they could get in and out quickly, communicating a resolution or showing any sense of urgency. A person, who appears to be a manager, ignored the entire line and took care of an elderly Caucasian lady right when she walked in while he was standing at the door with a tablet. She stated she did not have an appointment. Very bad optics. You can tell by the Google review replies from the bank they've known about this issue for a while and chose not to do anything about it. Stop apologizing, you've had years to fix it. People are tired of your excuses Wells Fargo. Go to a bank that will improve its branches, not one that'll just placate you and do nothing about it. Chase and Capital One bank are much efficient and better staffed. UPDATE Just got the canned email reply. You have the info, you have the review. How about you use the information you have and fix something first? Take responsibility already.

Worst bank ever, always terrible service with the tellers having an attitude, ended up just closing out my dealer service account here and my regular checking and savings acocunt. And headed to the credit union across the street. Lady had the audacity to say oh I know you have a wells fargo account with us but if you want to know your balance due for your car loan please get out of line call and then wait in line and I could assist you after I waited 35 mins of my lunch here . Glad I wont ever have to deal with them again.

Slowest Customer service in all Wells Fargo, 3 tellers, 10 people in line. Totally under staffed or lazy … get me together people come during lunch break to make payments.

This bank is horrible!!! Never have enough people working, always have a line around the corner. If you don’t have a hr to wait in line I recommend going to another location. Been having this issue for months and they do nothing to improve their poor service. This is the closest location to my work but I will take the longer drive to chino hills from now on. Even after waiting in line for a hr the security will let people walk in act like they need atm and put in front of line

It was just an awful day at work and the last thing I wanted to do was to be at the bank, waiting in a long line on a Friday and the 1st of the month. The line went by so fast and the staff was extremely positive and accurately awesome it truly fixed the day I had. Will always recommend this location.

Lines outside the store yet there's only 2 tellers open on a Saturday morning but I'm glad all the bankers can have a great time joke around and fool around. How hard would it be to schedule more than 2 people. It shouldn't take me 1 hour to cash a check. I'll make sure to try another branch in the future.

Worst bank wait time always. They always have 3 tellers only working. No natter if the line is out the door. No business banking line so every one is thrown in one line and it takes 30 min to do any teller banking guarranteed. They need to make some changes. Everyone here is clueless and dont care about the wait time. All they say is sorry but that doesnt mean anything when they dont make any changes to fix it

Was contacted by Martell with a special offer in early November. I told him I wouldn't be in the area for about a week. He said "no problem", the offer is good until the end of November. A week later I called to make an appointment to come in and was told Martell was on vacation but "no problem" the offer was good until the end of November. I called again leaving 2 messages for Martell without a return call. On a third attempt I finally spoke with Martell who then told me that offer was no longer available but a less attractive one was. I think this is possibly against banking laws but at minimum personally immoral. Employees like this should be reprimanded, demoted, or even replaced. Could this be another instance of "Wells Fargo training" ?
