I was so surprised that their Ice Cream counter was still open when I went in after 11pm. Store associate was very helpful.

Both my husband and I have shopped here for over 5 years, and we use the pharmacy regularly. When we walk in the door, Rite Aid personnel cheerfully greet us with us with a smile. We do notice the supply chain has thinned out the shelves, but I don't think Rite Aid can help that. The pharmacy has FABULOUS personnel who are professional, very hard-working, friendly, and efficient. (Emil is outstanding). Actually it seems they're understaffed and they are running their feet off, sometimes only one single person there at a time answering phone calls, covering both the intake and outgoing windows plus filling the prescriptions all simultaneously which seems too much for one person. I believe this partly has to do with the newer added responsibility of the pharmacists, giving various vaccines that takes them away from the pharmacy, leaving a single person in the pharmacy. They should increase their pharmacy staffing during flu vax season plus if or when Covid is on the rise! We will keep coming here because of the consistently good service even though it seems both the store and pharmacy are thinly staffed.

It's a Rite Aid! Not the best but better than a gas station or liquor store and they're open til 12am. Remember it's faster than going all the way to Walmart and waiting in a dystopian line for your daily serving of soylent green...

I live right across from this location. Overpriced items, I’m better off going to Walmart. Also, some creepy old guy who works at the pharmacy, I’m guessing, followed me wherever I went. Made me feel really uncomfortable. If the manager is looking at this do your company a favor and fire him.

I have been coming here for years staff is always so polite to me. Store is always clean and everyone is so helpful . Any concerns have have been taking care by management with such detail and professionalism

I have been coming to this pharmacy now for just under 2 years. I was going to another pharmacy (CVS). Not happy there at all. The pharm techs at Rite Aid are wonderful. Hello, please, and thank you...and great smiles. This is needed sometimes when you are straight out of the doctor's office or hospital. In my opinion they relieve a great deal of stress from going to the pharmacy. The only downside...I dislike the parking lot, otherwise incredible with every visit....Jay

Having recently located, I moved my prescriptions to my near by Rite Aid for convenience. In short, I waited over 4 hours to get my prescriptions carried over from walgreens and since I did not receive the pending text confirming my prescription was ready, I followed up wIth phone call with no luck or even sense of concern from the staff at Rite Aid. They were just quick to blame walgreens for not having faxed over so i called Walgreens myself and they assured me that they had already had faxed them over. Heather the Pharmacist at Rite Aid who i initially talked to was so unprofessional and did not even take the time to talk to me. I did everything I was supposed to but could not get anyone from Rite Aid to work with me or even talk to the walgreens Pharmacist who I had on my phone....I terribly regret changing over to Rite Aid and will probably take the drive to Walgreens where they at least make an effort to care.

Awesome customer service, wish it was stocked a little bit more but it's very convenient. Cindy is a great worker, she very sociable and very professional.
