if I could give this place 0 stars I would! The staff ladies are very nice but the owner and her brother (the front desk guy) they’re only nice when trying to sell you their products, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY they could care less about you! Even after reading the negative reviews on google and yelp I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and sure enough, I should’ve have followed my instincts. They seem money-hungry. They will promise you that theirs massages and mostly FAJAS will work miracles on your body which is a HUGE lie! First of all the majority of their clients have gotten cosmetic surgery (that’s why they buy fajas and massages, for the post-op care) 2nd of all the majority of their “massage therapists” are underpaid and who knows if they’re truly licensed because most of them come from Tijuana with no working permits (that’s why the owner takes advantage and doesn’t pay them enough) but that’s not the point… A friend of mine bought a faja that was RECOMMEND by Ray (the front desk guy) he talked her into buying said faja.. long story short, the faja was defective and they have not been able to address or fix the problem. They won’t even bother in responding to the messages or calls. If could give you a recommendation it will be to take your money somewhere else and not with these SCAMMERS!!

Beware ladies of the money SCAM! I left very upset at how poorly the male at the desk treated me. I had previously purchased a bundle of 16 sessions for $500 dollars and after doing research of these Non-Invasive body sculpting machines they use they were not offering body cavitation prior to me purchasing granted I still had 11 sessions left and they wanted to charge me extra for now offering a so called” new” service which was the cavitation machine on top of the $600 I already paid for he could have handled that situation more professionally if properly trained better. He said I was rude lol BUT excuse me for already paying in full $500 and had 11 sessions left I’m sure anyone would be upset at being told they can’t have a refund! He kept telling me to call the offices for a refund that he couldn’t do it, so in other words he was beating around the bush! He owns the business along with his sister Tanya! I told him to keep my money and I left! Ladies please educate yourself on the machines and make sure they don’t jip you.

They got my mom in 20 minutes late today and the staff was more on the rude side, I'm rating one star because my mom had just got breast implants and was looking for a drainage massage which, may I add was said to happen. She was told it was $45 and ended up paying $50. Also sense she got out there is a discomfort in walking and sitting for her. She is going to the hospital in a little bit, but she can't drive anymore because she was not drained as promised. The whole reason she went was to get drained or if not get skin would expand and hurt everytime its touched. The hospital bill will be high all because the person on the phone said something that didn't end up happening and she still got over charged. Dont recommend at all as far as safety, service and quality. The bill will be around $300 to get the pain removed. She currently unable to type so, I am doing so for her
