On Thursday, April 2nd, around 10:15. I was in the bank to withdraw a large sum of money. The teller was so rude to me and didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. I am a minority, and I wonder if that was her problem. No wonder this particular branch of Union Bank has such a poor rating. The teller should remember that it is because of me and others that she has a job. During these times many don’t have jobs. She should respect every single person who walks through the door. One more thing, during the time I was with the teller, she turned her chair around to discuss with other tellers what radio station to listen to. Can you believe that? I think she needs a course in dealing with customers in a professional way. Many businesses have classes in such things so as to help their businesses succeed. I notice there are plenty of poor ratings for this bank. Are you paying attention, Mr. Manager?

I been at casa de oro which the crew there is great !!!!! for 2 1/2 years....maybe others should do the same..the ONLY reason they have a job is because of there clients...NOT them n personal BS ...due to your reviews and I just relocated near this bank ????? Get it together and dont be lazy

Not a very good first impression. Unprofessional staff .. too busy shooting the breeze amongst each other and with some customers while neglecting all other customers. A teller by the name Jackie needs quite a few lessons on good customer service. But maybe they are right when they say you can't teach an old dog a new trick. Branch Manger seems nonexistent at this location.
