Came in asking for help applying for a car loan and was refused service and just directed to the website. What’s the point of having a physical branch if you’re just going to be directed to the website. Need to switch to a bank that actually wants to work with their customers.

I use the ATM'S, but sometimes I need help & all the tellers are very helpful & assist U in everything U need!!!

The customer service is non-existant. They only have one teller and they push you to use the ATM. This is a self service bank. The employees have an attitude.

I went to cash my payroll check and was discriminated was told that my people always come in with fake checks covered in tattoos when my check was real just didn't want to cash it

No lines whatsoever, great customer service, my daughter left her sippy cup, and they called me and let me know that I left it, they went above and beyond!

All I wanted was to add power of attorney to my moms account..2 hours later and multiple times to the printer!! Can't they afford a printer in the offices? 2 hours is way to much time to spend on paper work!
