Best bank in Claremont, California (CA) 2024

Friendly faces and personalized service! This is easily the best bank that we've ever had- they are attentive, friendly and on it. A few months ago we had a deposit that was delayed from the other end and our bankers kept in contact with us and watched our account to make sure everything was OK- I was blown away with the communication and professionalism, especially because we're not the biggest account in town...they just treated us like we are. I thought this level of service was a thing of the past, but no...it's right here in the Claremont Village. Everyone there, especially Lori, is fantastic. ~Ray

Came in asking for help applying for a car loan and was refused service and just directed to the website. What’s the point of having a physical branch if you’re just going to be directed to the website. Need to switch to a bank that actually wants to work with their customers. ~Jonny
