They always do an excellent job at dry cleaning. The staff is friendly and remembers your name. They have a great drop off, pick-up, and billing system that makes your trip there quick & efficient. We have tried most cleaners on the area & nothing compares to them!

I've had multiple items cleaned here before, and they have always done a great job with whatever my issue was. My clothes come out looking new again. I've taken a wool coat here to remove a nasty stain and clean, had pants hemmed, had bulky items cleaned, and had a vintage Woolrich coat repaired, everything has turned out better than expected. The staff is very friendly! I'll be back.

I'm so done with DCF, and giving them a 2-star rating is generous. I've been going to them since 2010 and the service is mediocre at best any more. I find shirts without buttons when there was some, and stains on my collar when there wasn't any either. They claim professional tailoring, which implies on premises, but you'd be wrong. They actually send out whatever you want mended or tailored to someone else, charge a ridiculous amount and then take a week? Sad... good luck! I'm out.

Wow! Thank God for this cleaners. They have saved my life many many times ! My clothes always come back fresh and look new . The front staff is so nice and know my name when I walk in . Excellent!

I've been going to this cleaners for awhile now . The owners are always there and greet you with a smile . They offer curb side service when parking is bad . My clothes come back clean and smell fresh ! I don't trust anyone else in the area !

I've been with these guys for years now and I must say they are the best at what they do... DRYCLEANING and Laundry Service! Outstanding! No worries with the small parking lot because they are more than happy to take your order to you. You don't even need to park your car! The clothes always look and smell like new when I pick them up. Once I inadvertently left money in one of my suit pockets and surprisingly it was returned! It's nice to know you can still find honest people doing an honest job in this day and age. When asked where is a "good" cleaners, I respond with Dry Clean Factory the best in the Corona and surrounding area!

I recently moved to Corona from the bay area . I asked around my neighborhood for suggestions on a good cleaners in the area. I heard from several people that Dryclean Factory was the best and that I should give them a try. That was over eight months ago and I am estatic to this day with their consistent level of service. They are open seven days a week and also offer curb side service! Needless to say I wont be going anywhere else.
