Zand was incredibly helpful, quick, kind, and informative. I had a very last minute print job I needed sent in right before the weekend on a Friday (today) and called at 6 pm not thinking anyone would still be at the shop. Zand picked up and immediately took care of my entire order through email AND text message, he even called me when I was confused about some printing questions. He took the time to explain the different print specs (coating, paper thickness) and recommended what he thought was best for my print job.
