Burtec and employees are great. I am very thankful for the ease of being able to take trash and toss it here if I missed my weekly pickup (which is a normal occurrence lol) or if I have too much to put out or if I just want to clean out my car and happen to fill a garbage bag full and need somewhere to throw it away while I'm out and about. ☺ not to mention, how amazing is the trash drop off they have at the high school on the weekend? ALSO an added bonus and lovely thing they do as it is MUCH closer to my house than the main office site in Crestline.

Bad bad bad. They have a monopoly on Lake Arrowhead and they tried to extort money out of me for an “unrecovered barrel“ the barrel is there it’s been there they keep sending me letters harassing me trying to extort money out of me. Your barrel is there folks just go get it. They’re reply “we can’t step onto the property“ it’s not on the property it’s on the road. Next stop the Better Business Bureau

Dishonest. Did you know can do dump drop offs thru the county instead? It's closer to my home than the Burrtec drop off, is open 6 days a week instead of just weekends, and is free! Stop giving your money to Burrtec. Call the county waste management and get an exception form to cancel your service with Burrtec if you are as frustrated with them as I am😇

Absolute worst trash pickup company. They'll rip you off for services they've don't provide/ perform. Management at the Crestline facility is not professional in the slightest and needs to be replaced. They're not customer service oriented at all. They'll leave garbage piled up everywhere for several weeks at a time. Should be named bureaucratic waste.

Terrible service in the winter. Going on 3 weeks no trash pickup. Our street is a mess from EVERYONES trash being 3 weeks late. What a joke. They're making it harder on themselves by letting it pile up like this.

4 weeks in a row there has been no recycling available so our efforts to split it at home are wasted. Drove to two other Burrtec sites and no recouping there either. We pay for recycling this is unacceptable. Light years behind other countries.

we have called several times for pick ups of recycling or items that do not fit in the trash, they come by and move it and leave it messily and DO NOT PICK IT UP, we call and they say “they have not been by there” and still have until 6:30 to pick up completely recyclable boxes. They still not have not picked them up and will be leaving a bad review at the better business bureau.

The service is OK. They're always polite on the phone and at their drop off locations. Reason for the 3 starts are as follows: 1. Outdated "Holiday Schedule" Their drop off locations were closed Easter Sunday this year (2020). So either update your website or get some Atheists in there. 2. Their hours of operation state 5:45PM but they WILL NOT let you dispose of trash after 5:00PM. On a side note, I was informed that the reason why pine needles are not recyclable is because they're too acidic. The more you know!
