Lou Marek, you're biased because you're an agent for LakeView... :) ..however, Floyd, their current handyman, takes advantage of homeowners, and ridiculously overcharges for mediocre (less than satisfactory) work. Ain't so handy! ..BEWARE Buyer/Seller!
