Kim is wonderful. UHaul decided the day prior not to honor our reservation as scheduled a week before. Then after waiting on hold 44 minutes the UHaul rep hung up on us. I called Kim at the location pick up was originally scheduled, Mountain Storage. She empathized (so important for good customer service), patiently cancelled that reservation & helped me make a new one with pickup closer to the originally scheduled location. She was friendly & helpful. Kim the counter person is helpful, kind, and very efficient. We rented a U-Haul quickly and she had cards there of people who could help us lift and move stuff so it went quickly and (for moving especially) painlessly! I highly recommend this place.

The lanes in between are too small for a large truck. Also, the walkways for 2nd floor stick out quite a bit so you have to be really careful not to scrape the top sides of truck.

I have a storage unit with Mountain Storage. The units are easy to access, the facilities are well maintained and very secure. The staff is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.

Well laid out facility with super friendly staff. My unit was very easy to access even on the second floor due to the drive-up ramps. The staff was pleasant enough and I felt like my stuff was secure. I only used it for a short time but would definitely consider them again if I have need for a unit in the future.
