This shop was recommended to me by a coworker for some routine maintainance on my vehicle. Scheduling an appointment time was simple and convenient, and the service was excellent. While I waited for my vehicle, I observed staff take time to assist multiple unscheduled individuals with minor needs in a kind and professional manner. I also noted that upon replacing the wheels on my vehicle, they were torqued to the appropriate torque-spec rather than just zipped on with an impact wrench as is unfortunately too common and can cause major difficulty for a motorist who needs to remove a flat tire on the roadside. Prices were reasonable and within industry standard. OEM parts were used and I have had no issues since the service. I strongly recommend this business. ~Micah

My boyfriend and I grew up in Arrowhead and someone mentioned some new stores that opened in Crestline so we decided to visit and what a great little place!! We were both just raving about how cute it was and how friendly the owner was. Everything is also super reasonably priced and also really cool looking. If you’re into camping, he also mentioned that they do personal orders. Would highly recommend this store! We’ll definitely be back. ~Kyla

This company is great, they had the best price and were the most responsive. They replaced 11 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in 2 days and everything looks amazing. I went from single pane aluminum to dual pane Simonton Daylight Max windows and I can absolutely tell the difference and sometimes have been waking up sweating. Great company and I couldn't be happier. ~W

Came here a few weeks ago for some good old breakfast when I escaped to the mountains for a weekend with my boyfriend. It was a really really nice restaurant. Came early enough before the crowds. They had an amazing cherry French toast. They had a good variety of syrups to choose from. The waitress was busy but super pleasant. The only bummer thing is that the credit card machine was down and had to walk to the atm right behind the building to pull out money. Overall very pleasant restaurant. Food came out hot and delicious. Would a hundred percent recommend to anyone especially if you are looking for a home style meal. ~Karen

Delicious Mexican food in Crestline. Large portions, good prices and attentive service. I love sitting outside with a view of Lake Gregory. Love the shrimp burrito with red sauce. ~Drew

While I’m in Alaska, my mom took the liberty of driving to lake arrowhead to see about getting flowers for my wedding. After agreeing on what I wanted, my wedding came only for the florist to not have a single centerpiece ready for my wedding. I was pretty infuriated at the entire ordeal, saddened to have no flowers at my wedding, and to be quite frank should have known better and kept making my own flower arrangements like I had planned. 0/5. Edit: this was for my wedding in august… (08-05-2021) not for any consults you would’ve had this week??? I’m 10000% sure this is the correct florist because I sought out a florist myself and found this one on google. Considering the limited florists in crest line/lake arrowhead. The day of my wedding my mom called you and you had nothing for my day. (This was after a month before she came in person to consult with you- even offered to put a deposit down, considering what happened I’m glad there wasn’t a deposit) so yes, there was a consult. Just agitated with myself for not doing my own flowers and centerpieces like I had planned. Trying to warn others of lack of commitment and planning from the florist. ~Kaitlyn

Burtec and employees are great. I am very thankful for the ease of being able to take trash and toss it here if I missed my weekly pickup (which is a normal occurrence lol) or if I have too much to put out or if I just want to clean out my car and happen to fill a garbage bag full and need somewhere to throw it away while I'm out and about. ☺ not to mention, how amazing is the trash drop off they have at the high school on the weekend? ALSO an added bonus and lovely thing they do as it is MUCH closer to my house than the main office site in Crestline. ~Kimberly

Wendy Otto helped us find our dream cabin in this hot market. She was always professional and pleasant to work with. She listened and never pressured us into accepting anything but what we wanted. Visiting from out the town. This place was fun with a live band and Karaoke it's like the cheers of Crestline. Mostly all locals and super cheap drinks. A place to visit if you're in town. Little taco truck outside in case you get hungry. Fun times. Stayed at the Sleepy Hollow next door so within walking distance which was perfect. ~Damarita
