To management and future customers: be careful about using outside patio furniture. My daughter now has skin irritation and cuts from what appears to be fiberglass or something similar. Consider replacing these harmful chairs.

The food is what you come to expect from McDonald's. The problem here is they're understaffed and they lock the dine-in early. Hours for dine-in aren't posted. They'll close up the dining room whenever they want. Drive-thru was moving for a busy Sunday evening.

It was very nice fast service & very friendly staff . Great view . 10$ for a McMuffin hash browns and an orange juice . A little more than I like to spend but with the price of everything going up now a days I'm sure that the norm 👍

We stopped at this McDonalds on our way to Lake Arrowhead. It’s small but still has everything you’d expect. We ordered caramel frappes here using the kiosks inside. I was able to use my mobile app code as well to earn points. Inside the store was a bit messy - it was hard to find a table to sit at while we waited for our drinks because they all looked dirty. The parking was a bit stressful because we chose a parking spot that is also where people pull In for the drive thru.

If I could give no stars I would I live right next this McDonald’s and have had horrible service almost every time I’ve gone. Yesterday I did a mobile order while in line at the drive threw I noticed they processed my order before I even got to the speaker. They then asked that I go inside to see what was the issue and had the manager come tell me they didn’t have an order for me and I probably already got my food when I didn’t, and said that’s a pending charge not processed or charged. Even when I showed him it was charged. Worst service I have ever had.

As soon as I walked in. One of the female employees who was getting a drink. Walked passed me and did not come back out. I waited there for about 5 min before placing my order on self order screen. Washed my hands and came back to the front. Saw my order was ready and after a minute or two. She indicated my meal was ready. I had to ask her for my drink. Where was management? Poorly ran operation. My big Mac was sooooooooo sloopy. Most of the lettuce was on top of the burger instead of inside.

Spent $48.00 for lunch family of 5. They got the order wrong ,but did correct the order with only one concern quarter pounder and buttermilk chicken sandwich was served messy without a bun.
