I don't like going to store, and being hit up by people for money as I enter or exit. Employees are not friendly, nor willing to help. Pallets of items are put out on floor, but we got to go through it to get what we need. We checkout our own items, but then we got to stand in a line to have receipt checked? Why? If you need to be sure we paid, put cashiers back to work.

just a very big shout out for the employee named Ricardo !! He is very helpful with finding product and he is the first ever male store person that aren’t embarrassed by female related products!!! He is the best !!! He is very positive and empowering even thought we just chat for a few minutes he still made my day. This place need more people like him

This Walmart blows when it comes to helping people. My grandma would not be helped at the self checkout. The lady there told my grandma that she needs to do it by herself. Didn't offer to help her. You people getting payed by the hour. Help your freaking customers. What happened to that "customers are always number one" bullcrap? The workers there cost Walmart a customer.

Gotta love Walmart, this one's new & so is it's neighbors plenty eating places, very well lit parking lot. Very clean, highly maintained. Very secure.

Always stop here before heading to Vegas since I usually forget a lot when packing. Always clean, spacious parking and workers are very friendly. There are times when it does get crowded and there is a line but it does tend to go by fast. Would recommend this place than the Bakersfield location.

Absolutely not fun to shop at this Walmart. No prices on shelves' out-of-code food still stocked (Dec 2021) for example. Asked clerk to price check item for me...if looks could kill. Saw clerk stock frozen fish..to expire fish stocked behind new one. NO ROTATION!!! DELI COOLERS FILTHY...could clean them if no stock on hand. Too many clerks on personal phones and goofing around like grade schoolers. Items stocked at 2 different slots but tags don't pertain to them. Like they were just thrown anywhere. Managers where are they..taking naps. This store is the pits..and don't use the Covid as an excuse. Rita C.

I came to this Walmart when I was in the area. I needed a fan and what better place to get a decent one. They had a small selection of tower fans. I ended up going with the "Vornado" seemed like a good one since it circulates the air. I got home, I let it sit for about a week, before unboxing it and tossed out the receipt. I finally unboxed it and screwed the base in, go turn it on and all I hear is a small motor kind of thing running but nothings spinning and blowing air. I go to shake it and could see the center piece is going left to right. It was obvious that this fan was broken! I called the Walmart and after a few rings, customer service answered the phone. I told the young lady my issue and really helped me out. I also called back with another question. I was able to return it to the Walmart in Bakersfield which is much closer to me.

They have a good selection but they didn’t have a single lane open for check out. Everything was self check which some people aren’t comfortable with & therefore it slows up the lines. Then since I needed to buy wine for a recipe I had to go wait in another line elsewhere to purchase it. They should ALWAYS have at least ONE checker with a lane open!
