I love Ross but the one in Delano is often tragically disheveled. Perhaps because they have a lot of traffic? Also, don't come here during peak times or you'll literally be lined up all the way to the back of the store cuz the powers that be don't schedule enough cashiers for peak times. It's possible to wait 30+ minutes just to pay.

This time I stayed and endured the long line for checkout...about 10-15 minutes. The cashier was very attentive and pleasant. They were smart to announce that, in order to expedite the process, they were asking for customers to remove the hanger from the clothes. Negative: No restroom available.

I typically enjoy going to Ross. I always find something cute at an awesome price. However on this particular day I felt that the store was just so messy and even though masks are mandatory to shop in Ross once inside too many guests were pulling their masks down below their nose or removing it to use their phones. One mom and Daughter weren't wearing theirs at all but were still let in to shop. With covid 19 still a concern the cleanliness of the store needs to be maintained better. Not just a bottle of sanitizer at the registers for you to use before inserting your card.

Such a bad experience in this store. I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour to be assisted in the jewelries. Why is there only 1 cashier? What kind of service is this? There are too many customers lining up to pay and there’s only one cashier open. Not a customer friendly. I’ve been going to this store and same experience everytime. Many customers and not enough cashier. The greatest number of cashier that I’ve seen so far is 2 during their busy days. Wow! How is that??!!!
