One word....Nick...you beautiful angel of a person. I live far from discovery bay but I just wanna drive there so you can make my cookie frap. Barista is an art form and you, you my dear are Picasso. Everything about it was perfect, from the chocolate ratio to the blend method. i'm being honest when i say this....i'll probably never have another good frap like that unless Nick made it. If you go specifically ask nick to make it!! you will not be disappointed. If you are, go somewhere else with that negative energy cuz that whole starbucks is just full of hella cool peeps❤️and i was only there for like five minutes!

Terrible. Just watched everyone after me get drinks and I stood there waiting until mentioned it. Then was only half met with apologies. Got told cold drinks came first. Guy behind me ordered 2 of the exact drinks I did. And honestly, drinks are never consistent. We are done with this location.

This is the SLOWEST location. Waited 20 mins and they got it wrong. My order isn’t complex, straight off the menu. The “barista” was on her phone texting, people are waiting…. So frustrating when you’re just trying to get work.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too… ordered a mobile order and still waited 10 minutes for it. The baristas didn’t care at all.. I’ve never experienced Starbucks like this before. Go here if you want to be late for work or for your order to be wrong

A very well run store with efficient customer management during the times of social distancing. The only minor complaint was at the time of our visit, there was only one restroom open and it was rather dirty. But given the amount of traffic that store sees, that is probably understandable.
