Nice travel center with relatively clean bathrooms. Plenty of beverage choices. Convenient parking. Okay gas prices. Much better option than your standard gas station minimart.

The Wendy's that's part of this location is the worst ever. So rude and the taste of the food the worst fast food we ever experienced. We haven't lived in California for several years now so to our suprize we had no utensils and no straws for our drinks. My wife ordered a salad I ordered a chicken sandwich. There was no signage to tell us in the drive thru that you had to ask for utensils and straws. So my wife went inside to ask why no utensils and straws which took the better part of 5 minutes to be asked if she needed help and she was the only customer. The employees answer was its California law you HAVE to ask in a very rude manner. Then the employee said "so would you like to ask for utensils and straws". I will also be filling a complaint with Wendy's.

Be prepared to wait in a confusing dark crowded isle juggling your purchases while people cut in front of you instead of waiting in line in front of the cashier where it is wide open and usually a pleasant experience at other truck stops. Also harder for corporate cameras to gage how effective customer service is when customers forced to hide in an isle "in a single line" which will immediately take you back to the time you probably heard Jerry Seinfelds soup line joke. On top of over priced products, this is the kind of service that sends you running to the competiton (walmart). I just buy my gas there from now on.

The Cleanest Gas station with bunch of snack and food options…Entire staff was very friendly, greeted everyone in the store with the smile and ask for assistance if we need help…. Highly recommended this palace…

I had a customer service issue with the location in Dunnigen, CA. I opened a case with customer services and was told I would be contacted by management. This never happened so I has become apparent to me they have no regard for there customers. I will do no further business with this company.

Had to come here for my drug 😀 homelike vibes up in here, all the team members were super friendly and professional. I'm glad they put a timer up in the fuel isle for the people who be taking a shower there 🤣 -⭐ for limited parking

The parking lot in this pilot is tight. They have an rv island for rv fueling but it was closed (see picture). If you are longer than 25 feet and towing anything beware of getting stuck with no turn around. They offer a 5 cent discount for good sam travelers and some pilot perks. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.

The good... Pilot are great for getting gas and fast food. The restrooms are clean and many truck drivers stop here for showed.the cashier keep things moving so you are not gathering close to others. The bad... Things like everywhere are over priced. The trash cans are overflowing.

Location is about the only thing this place has going for it. It is an OK place for our first bathroom stop northbound when we don't need gas. My wife likes the Cinnabon and I'm ok with the roller dogs...although they give me indigestion about 100 miles later. But southbound as our last stop at which we get gas, it is a frustrating nightmare. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is small and tight, and the gas islands are only one pump each side. On most occasions, the card readers don't work, or the printers are out of paper or OOC. This last time, three of the eight main pumps were broken, as well as the entire stand-alone trailer pull-thru island. Then, once I finally got up to a "working" pump, the card reader was broken. Going to look for a different place to stop southbound before getting onto I-505.
