Everytime I visit this PO, I get great customer service. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ They have taped up some of my packages 📦 and helped with labels🏷. Since they offer great help, the lines can get long. ⌛️ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ FYI ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ There is no table to prep shipments at, so it's best to arrive with packages all ready to go. It's located within the Brentwood Country Market (where parking 🅿️ can get delayed 🕔). There is a street 🚪 entrance with parking right out front.

The ladies that I have met in the office are sweet and friendly. The mail carrier however, so rude. He speeds down my road everytime, he yelled at my yongest son because our mail box fell off the pole. We had lived here 2 months at the time and the house was flooded not 4 monthes earlier (including the mail box). He yelled at my daughter because someone put the flag up on the mail box. He not once has ever bothered to get out and give us a package, he leaves a missed you slip in the box and we have to go to the office. So sick of him.

Mail in wrong mail boxes on numerous occasions. Internet packages delivered to post office not to your door like FedEx or UPS. If you want your package to come to your door make sure it's not being shipped US Postal service.
