The Promotional Sourdough Star, More like, Yuck. Wilted lettuce. The bread was off. Waste of time, money and appetite. Stick to the basics & stop trying to please everybody, all the time, Carl. Jack in the box does that sandwich better... it's called, a Sourdough Jack. A.K.A. the idea that Carl stole from Jack. Mabey, just eat at home. The Burgers are Primo-Excellent, at Home. Medium rare too! No extra charge, for an extra slice of tomato eather. And, Bacon that is actually, properly cooked. Imagine that?

I have not had a burger this good at a fast food place in years!!! I even modified the burger some! Everything was exactly correct. And seriously the Best burger from anywhere, that I have had in years! It was a double superstar! So Good!

I am regular customer for the drive thru. I like using the coupons and usually get the Big Carl, love the french fries. Well, last week, I decided to get the western bacon burger. It was awful. I took the top bun off and the burger, if that's what it was, looked like a piece of leather and thinner than a pancake. Couldn't eat it. The french fries were great as always, will never order that WBB again. :-(

Never again will I go to any fast food joints. $18.00 for a Super Star combo med. Size. It wasn't worth it at $10. OUTRAGEOUS!!

Hi, I bought chocolate milk and fries from this location for my 4 year old. After drinking chocolate milk my Daughter stomach get upset. And she was complaining test is bad. When I checked it was fungus in side the chocolate milk. I’m very upset and like to complain about that, but no one is picking up the phone.

Wrong burger again! Ordered the big Carl got a BBQ thing. I didn't check it this time because there was a car behind me in the drive thru. I'm gong to make the drive to the other Carl's on Warner near Newland.

So I came inside on Saturday about 7pm and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. No one is working the counter. I said hello. Nothing no response. Waited about 2 more minutes. Nothing . Nobody. On Saturday night . Next time I'm going to open up the cash register and take the money. Who runs a business like this.

Today I ordered a # 1 no cheese, it was great, there was not too much lettuce no to much mayo. The burger was made with care and not sloppy. I tasted good and the fries were hot and crispy. I'm disappointed the drinks station is not open yet as quite a few other places have opened theirs. Also I don't see the tables wiped off let alone disinfected so open the drinks station!! Can't be any worse
