I am from out of town and I was in a situation where I needed to board my two dogs. I was so stressed out and when I called them they were so nice and helpful right away. I took my dogs for two days and I was able to call and check on them whenever I wanted to from 7:30 to 6pm every single person that I dealt with there was so respectful and polite and made me feel at ease leaving my babies there. The vet was also nice and called me to update me about the exam they had and to talk about what to do next regarding their health. I wanted to thank each and every one of them for helping me and making me comfortable to leave them there. I highly recommend Alondras Animal Hospital! Whenever I go back to town I will definitely be bringing my babies there! I wanted to especially thank the two girls up front they were beyond amazing!!!! Thank you ladies you guys are the best!

The Drs. And staff are very friendly, they took care of our 2 beasts for about 12 years, kept them healthy and happy,our Male dog even looked forward to his visits,and when it came to making the hard end of life decisions they were very comforting and understanding. The wife and I highly recommend this place for your animals, thank you guys for all your hard work and professionalism.

This place has terrible communication skills, I called two weeks ago to make an appointment for my cat who was a stray and I was informed that only drop off was available because he is technically a stray and my appointment for drop off is at 9:30. I dropped off my cat today and was waiting for a few hours. I called the place to ask how long they where going to take and they told me a few more minutes. A few minutes later turned into two hours and my mom made a call and the Front Desk lady informed my mom that I supposedly did not make an appointment when I did. I am very confused on this because what was the whole point of calling? What was the point of the front desk lady telling me that my appointment was on The 6th at 9:30AM. I am very disappointed in this place. Please inform people properly on what’s going on with there pets/ task you will take. when I asked about information about drop off The front desk lady informed me that it was not going to take long. I’ve been waiting 4hrs and I am super sure my cat is stressed and I am stressed as well.

Unprofessional staff you call them and they answer the phone very aggressively and when interacting with them they appear to be bothered, yell at you and get you off the phone. They refuse to give prescriptions to online pharmacies when you try to buy pet meds cheaper. Instead they’ll try to tell you you can purchase them on their website which isn’t true. You have to schedule another appointment in order to purchase pet meds from them. Do not get scammed by these people.

My baby been going there for years The doctor did not explain to me My baby sickness They should have told me How sick she really was I'll call you when I told you that my baby wouldn't get no better you going to say you can't do nothing else. Now my Baby girl gone and I don't want to live no more either.

This was the best place ever! The staff was great, funny and engaging. The vet Dr.Dabash, was wonderful! All my questions were answered very well and completely. Alondra Animal Hospital is definitely the place to go. The prices were very reasonable and they offered alot of services that are not usually offered at a vet office. I will recommend Alondra to all of my pet owner friends. Thank you Alondra for taking the best care of my dog.

Dr. Nermin Dabash, DVM is the finest doctor of veterinary medicine I have ever known, and who has ever treated my OrEO. She is kind, sensitive, friendly, professional and just the kind of veterinarian anybody who loves their companion mammals would want to care for them. Dr. Antoun has cared for my precious dog with compassion and expertise for over 14yrs. I would not permit anyone caring for her because of the trust I have for Dr. Antoun to make sure she is kept healthy! The Alondra Animal Hospital is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient!! If you have a dog that needs veterinarian care this Hospital is the very BEST!!!

Dr. Antoun is one of the best there is. He's trustworthy, and personable. He took great care of my first Boxer who passed in 5/19. My current Boxer, Luna, is in good hands. 🙏❤
