Came here on Black Friday midday. Five people on duty - 2 on register, one stuffing boxes, one talking and answering phones and another on a smoke break. With only seven people allowed in they should be focused on quick transactions, but a register stood idle. Completely ridiculous that 40% of your staff is customer facing.

Best customer service oriented young professionals. We enjoy our shopping experience at Game Stop because the gamers who are employees always make the BEST recommendations and help us parents choose appropraite games by describing what the games will show (violence, nudity, etc). We make an informed decision to purchase age appropriate material based on our discussion. Great people. Ample selection of games, knick knacks, consoles, systems. Super awesome place to buy gift cards too! LOVE this place.

Today's visit wasn't pleasant as the attendant was kind of rude like he didn't want to sell anything, not talking at all or answering kind of a bad mood, on the other hand the other day there was a different person and he was totally the opposite, super cool, So i guess it depends who is the to attend

Awesome visit. I showed up 10 min before closing and Jonathan was on point! Great guy. Super friendly, great information about exactly what I needed and great service. I definitely appreciated the help and his energy! Didnt catch the other guys name that was there but he was a great help as well and have some great insight to the devil may cry series. Couldn't have been a better visit.

Spent about an hour here on black friday. Including the 50 minute wait for doors to open. Customer service was good. Crowd control was even better. I don't game much anymore but if rather go here than the other choices in the immediate area for gaming products and info.

My sons and husband go here all the time to preorder video games and Magic the Gathering cards. They have quite a bit of fanboy items for sale as well and sometimes t-shirts. One of my sons had a negative experience there once with an unhelpful employee which is why I gave it only 4 stars. They have a good selection of new and used video games and they will help you locate what you are looking for.
