The whole team at this location Is amazing, from the techs to the office team.. they do great work. No pressure to buy and they have very competitive prices! I've gotten tires for 3 vehicles, for several years and always great! On the down side..parking lot is small and when they are busy WOW! Organized chaos..but they always handle it!. Highly recommend!

Showed up at 9:30am, told me it would take someone 20 minutes to see what was wrong with my car. Awesome. Kept asking if my car would get seen, hours kept passing by and FINALLY at 12:30pm they said they would check on it. I go back home because they said they can handle it from here and it would take about 2 to 3 hours to fix. Called to check in at 2pm to see how everything was going, “good, we’ll be done with it in an hour.” Waited for that phone call and finally got it before they closed at 6pm, “I’m sorry but your car is not fixable, you’re going to have to take it somewhere else.” An absolute waste of time!! They told me they were WORKING ON MY CAR. If you were working on MY car you would’ve known at 2pm if it was or wasn’t fixable. Ridiculous.

terrible service I had to go back 3 times to rebalance my wheels and it still wasn't good. I don't know how but the guy had the ability to dirty my car roof lining.

I've been coming to this shop for 4 years and I've noticed once you become a loyal customer they'll give you deals you can't refuse and you get free wheel alignments every 6 months if you purchase 4 tires at once. Very cool workers!👍🏽😁

Best place in the Bay Area, I have called around from San Jose to Sacramento. No one had what I needed, they didn't want to Break up their set. Tire and wheel mart had what I needed , ordered it and it was ready for pick up the next day. Talk about service, A-1 service in my book.Thank you!

When it comes to selling tires and wheels I find it good. They have a decent kind of choices. BUT THE AFTER SALE IS WAY DIFFERENT AND DIFFICULT. I bought 4 TIRES AND WHEELS and that includes alignment and balance (good deal) BUT! they asked me to come back in 2 days for alignment because it was already 6pm although they still have 30mins to do it because they closed at 6:30pm. So i went back after 2 days and waited 2 HOURS in their slow time just to tell me that I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN because they’re packed busy and their guy is not coming to work. So i just wasted my one day work for NOTHING.
