Worst customer service. The manager was very mean. I heard her talking to a other employee about a customer. Very unprofessional. Will not be shopping there no more..

Called to ask if at home COVID test kits were available. Was told yes, only to show up 5 minutes later to an empty shelf and the employee telling me they don’t have any.

My only complaint for the pharmacy is that they’ll tell me to come at a certain time and when I arrive at said time, I usually have to wait there 15-20 minutes longer. Other than that, it’s usually a good experience.

Can't receive electronic RX from Teledoc. 3 Times I've had this issue and rather than this store looking into the issue by notifying their IT department it was suggested I choose another pharmacy. I've been with Walgreens for years, it's a shame that the ignorance of the staff doesn't know how to value my patronage.

Came in today to pharmacy and let me just say I really doubt I will be returning. Literally the worst customer service. Seems like they just want to rush you off. They don't really bother to pay attention to what you're saying. Seems like they don't really want to take time to explain. Definitely not good at all.

I had my mother come to this Walgreens to fill a prescription for my sick child. I initially handed my prescription to Leslie in the pharmacy. She told me my prescription would be ready after four and to come back. I left my prescription paper that the hospital gave me (it was a large sheet of paper). Later that day my mother went in to pick it up, she was told by Cynthia that she did NOT fill the prescription here, I must’ve been mistaken and that my prescription was sent at the Victorville location. My mother went to the Victorville location and was told there was no such prescription in their position that belonged to my daughter and they weren’t sure what she was talking about. My mom went back to the Hesperia location and was repeatedly that she was mistaken and they had no idea what she was talking about, when my mom asked for help from another worker Cynthia chimes in and rudely said “ I already TOLD her where to go to get it, we don’t have it” , Logan said “well if she told you where to go then you need to go to Victorville.” My mother insisted that the prescription WAS at the store and no one helped her. My mother FINALLY received help after an hour of unhelpful staff not helping her find my prescription. Hector was more than happy to help assist my mother find the LOST paper. How Leslie could manage to lose the one piece of paper that entails her job is beyond me, the incompetence of these rude, and unhelpful employees is such a disgrace to what the Walgreens corporation stands for. Hector was able to find the paper misplaced by Leslie and was the only pleasant thing about this store. Employees like Hector who clearly have received the proper training to deal with customers in a positive manner are why I come to walgreens and are a positive representation of the Walgreens corporation. Employees like Hector are what I expect when coming to Walgreens, employees like Leslie, Cynthia, and Logan are a disappointment to the Walgreens name, and their management, its a clear sign they’ve failed to learn anything they have been trained in and extremely concerning when incompetence is involved in dealing with important prescription papers, and how someone so incompetent could be working with such papers and LOSE them is beyond me at how they are still employed at this point. I have contacted your corporate offices by email and received an email on 2/19 I would be contacted by upper management. I have NOT received ANY calls about this terrible experience. Common knowledge tells me the store manager, Kraft, clearly doesn’t concern himself with these pressing matters and protects incompetent employees like Leslie, Cynthia, and Logan. And not commending outstanding employees like Hector. The lack of care from the management team is VERY concerning as a long time Walgreens customer. I have emailed a second time, about not receiving a call from management as stated, when I receive a call, I will update this review, but we will see if management cares to respond. If not, I will have to reach out to the district Manager, and corporate once again.

Yeah Pharmacy has the worst customer service. If you want to burn 30 min or more of just getting the run around. This is the place for you. The only way you get help is if your making them that RX money. After you get your meds your not worth the time.

Store Manager seems nice but the Pharmacy has some of the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. Save yourself a headache and take your rx anywhere else.

Every time I come into this walgreen the manager does an amazing job helping me find what I need and answering my question but today my boyfriend went to buy me medicine and the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. She needed to see his ID and he explained to her that, he lost his wallet a week ago with his ID but went to the DMV to get proof and a replacement is coming. He showed her the paper the DMV gave him but she insisted she couldn't because it was fraud ! My bf was angry because we drove 6 miles to come here so she can just say no. So we went across the street to rite aid and they were able to help me with great customer service and they told me they just needed to see my DOB on the paper the DMV issued me . I will not be stopping at this Walgreens anymore !
