I had such bad customer service in this store. If I could I want to give 0 stars for their terrible customers serve. My fiancé was yelled at from simply walking on the floor by a Hispanic employee. The worker screamed:"why you walk there?!" because he was mopping. We didn't even realize that he was mopping since there was no wet sign. And the guy wasn't even wear a uniform. We just want to get something to drink and was not expecting such rude behavior from this store's employee. We informed the other worker there about this rude behavior but all he did was trying to cover it up and saying it was our fault to be yelled at for no reason. We will not accept this bad customer service and rude behavior. As customers, no one deserves this terrible experience and it definitely ruins your day. I will report this to 7- eleven customer service because it is UNACCEPTABLE!

The older man from the night that always has a hat on is the worst. I see many negative comments about him yet he still works there. He actually pushed me a while back and told me to get out. I think everyone should just boycott the 711 on Mountain View and Florence until he is fired because his behavior is despicable. For everyone that needs to go to a 711 in the area just go to the one on Santa Fe and Florence.

To Fraud Benjamin 👎🏽 You guys should not have this guy as an employee, he all of a sudden goes by rules of regulations when I have witness that he does fraud. Benjamin doesn’t charge his other coworkers and/or relatives. Customers come in with no mask. Benjamin has token several of women in the store restroom(WE ALL KNOW WHERE THAT LEADS TO). I have caught him a few time leaving customers alone in the store to be outside while hes on his shift To drink beer with some few guys. This incident I just had with him first he told me to put on a mask ,and i did ! Then i go back in to purchase a water bottle and then he has the nerve to tell me he is not gonna ring up my water cause i was not parked correctly. I DID GO PARK CORRECTLY AFTER HE SAID THAT HE WONT RING ME UP CAUSE I WASNT PARKED RIGHT ! After i go back in from parking right he then proceeds to tell me hes not gonna ring up my stuff for no reason he was just straight up refusing service! BENJAMIN HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 🤬

If she doesn't work there, why are you running the register? Not the first time she is rude. The first time she didnt want to scan the App because it was "wasting her time" FYI store was empty so no time to waste there. The second time she charged me 8 cigarette packs and only gave me 6, had to go back and tell her. She gave the other two to me after rolling her eyes and throwing them on the counter. This last time she was just being rude for no reason. I hope that you guys talk to management because it's getting irritating... and this is the closest store to me but I'm willing to go else where. When she's not at the register, the other staff are friendly(only reason I will put 1 star). I'll be willingly to change the review if that attitude is addressed.

I am unable to give a no star so I'll have to give it 1. My friend and myself just returned from spending almost an hour waiting for a police office to arrive. The older Male Hispanic man working the night shift had been harassing us that we had stole something. He stated that the cameras had seen when we pocketed something. I told him that we hadn't taken anything and even emptied our pockets in front of him proving we didn't take anything. Yet he still harassed and threatened us saying he was calling the cops. As we waited for about 15 minutes, yes we waited for the cops, I asked to see the footage where it showed we took something and he refused. The cops weren't arriving so I went ahead and called for him since he was bluffing. I don't understand and I doubt we're the first to encounter such a rude and disrespectful person at this store, and I am astonished that the management team has yet to take any action against this employee. How could such a huge franchising company still hold a person, who clearly lacks customer service skills, as an employee. I will be writing corporate to make sure they are well aware of the situation that is going on at this store. It's disheartening to see that because this is a primarily Hispanic community 7 Eleven would do so little to better the customer service.

The female employee in the morning has thee worst attitude constantly talking to a daily customer that for some odd reason is always there when it's her shift. She doesn't keep the floor clean how it should be, by the sink has old water stains around the faucet, also since I bought a refillable coffee cup she has given me attitude about AS SOON AS I WALK I NEED TO INFORM HER that's I would be refilling my coffee cup. Half the time she's in the back of the store in the storage room. She doesn't greet you with a simple hello or good morning, as an representative of seven eleven she is polluting the name of seven eleven. I've been to many other seven eleven 's and none have disrespect or shown an attitude towards customers and I as she has. She is the reason why I sometimes hesitate when I pull up in the morning to even give the store my service. The only reason why I continue to be a customer is due to the convenience route I take to work I live literally around the corner.
