Horrible! Been waiting in drive thru line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Pharmacy staff not helpful. Not recommended

Incompetent, rude pharmacists. I took my dad to get his booster shot and gave the pharmacists the correct medical id number but they couldn't find his insurance. However, instead of just giving him the shot anyway, the rude and incompetent pharmacists said they would need to charge us for the shot because we didn't have insurance. When I asked how much it was, they started talking with each other like they didn't know what to do before one of the ladies (one was blonde with glasses and the other was Indian) said we can't pay with cash. Then I go online and find out that not only is the booster shot supposed to be free but you're supposed to be able to get without insurance. The most nefarious thing about this is that if we had said that my dad didn't have insurance in the first place, they would've just given it to him without any issues. But I've heard of other CVS locations that don't even ask for insurance--you just present the vaccination card and they give it to you. What a waste of time.

Went here to get a covid booster shot. Ladies working at this this pharmacy the day after Thanksgiving (Friday) are rude, and not helpful. They turned away an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair because he could not remember his medical record number.

I received my Covid vaccination at CVS/Jackson/Indio and can't say enough good things about Nora and her team. They were cheerful, courteous, efficient and caring. Thanks!

But Only because I .Had to So that I can write a review on how awful they are and how rude Keith or lease or whatever his name I didn't hear very well because he turned around and walked away from me as he was saying his name. On my way out he stops me and says "are you sure you dont have a bottle in your purse" in front of another customer then he asked to look inside my purse And said "you wernt stealing" I was nowhere near the bottles I asked him why would he ask me questions like that. And said he didn't know his manager was rude very rude when I asked for corporate number she said to find it outside on the door. It was very embarrassing that I would be stopped and why because I have tattoos and I'm Mexican. Its racial profiling and I dont like it.

Once again the price posted was not the same price they tried to charged me. Fruit loops had a price of $6.99 and below the price tag was a clearance sign stating $1.99. When I showed the clerk the sign he said " someone put the sale price on the wrong item. In the past CVS would give me the sale price and an extra $2.00 when an error was made. It is never never never less than the posted price. Please be extra careful at all CVS stores. This happens frequently. The clerk was rude and did not even apologize for the stores "error". And would not give me the posted price. Again. Please pay attention to what prices you actually pay vs the posted price.
