Made a order online using the Subway app the food never came I rang the store and they told me that the driver claimed that it was delivered and to take it up with door dash although I ordered it through them. So basically just got charged nearly $30 dollars and got no food and the staff member hung up basically just robbery. I strongly advise to not order from here.

Very rude service girl with light brown and red hair acted like they couldn’t give me a water cup cause there weren’t any in the cabinet infront of her will never order a sandwich again from such a stressful dirty environment. Line completely messy veggies were almost rotting and cheese was watery with bread crumbs all over it bread and cookies were hard as well TERRIBLE SERVICE !

Worst service ever. Once one came back from his break. He didn't even try to assist us right away. He rather put more bread to prep. I waited and waited. As soon as the other girl finished with the other customer she helped. now the other guy says as well I can get started on any another sandwich . I told him, oh!! Now you are ready. Now I have two worker talking to me at the same time and now I said wait wait wait. one at a time ok. Because it shouldn't be like this. I work for customers and I stop drop and be ready to assist the customers.

Ordered something through postmates, got an alert telling me it was ready, got to the subway and no one got it started or knew about it. Canceled it through postmates and cooked something at home instead. Found out I still had to pay for the sandwich. Neither merchant will give me a refund. I won't be back and I won't be using the app again. Suggestions?: don't ignore your customers. With the covid s*** this has been an easy way to decide going out for food isn't worth the trouble anymore.

I would not recommend this subway they made someones food and she didn't want it they took off all the meat and try using the same bread on us. First off I don't want someone else food so that a big no on my end and second if the food is used and touched already never try to give it to someone else who didn't order it

Went on Veterans Day as Subway promotes 6 inch sub for Vets. Told they are not honoring this promotion. Will never go there again and will let everyone know they do not support the military.

Had really great and friendly service at this location. Food was good and well-prepared. The veggies were pretty fresh, so I give it 5 stars since I’ve definitely seen a lot worse!!
