Awesome workout in 30 minutes! The owner (Nandu) brings lots of positive energy to the gym! He helps motivate you as you transition from round to round. I would highly recommend 9round to anyone! The gym is also kept very clean and organized. I am looking forward to my future 9round workouts! 🥊😀

Clean equipment and friendly, helpful trainers make for a great workout regardless of current athletic ability. Stations can be as easy or as intense as you make them, so there's no extreme pressure and you can settle into whatever level works for you. Edit: shout out trainers Bianca, Emma, and MaryAnn specifically for always having a great energy and helping have a great set of rounds every time. You were all awesome!

My wife and daughter enrolled at this location a few months ago. At the beginning of the Month of Ramadan, they informed them to freeze their accounts as they won't be able to come due to the fasting. It was so surprising to know that they had charged them $15/each for freezing the accounts. This was such a shameful act that a franchise like this is charging money to freeze the accounts, knowing that Ramadan is the month of fasting. Our experience with this location is so bad. They have canceled the accounts. They have to understand that community-based business is all about taking care of the community, and if you don't, customers will go somewhere else.

I like this place a lot. There are no pre-requisites to join this gym, its for people with all levels of workout - beginner to advanced, all you need is passion. The workouts are different everyday and the trainers here push you to do your best. It really makes a huge difference when a trainer cares about you and your goals and pushes you and helps you get there. Cynthia is one of the trainers I have to mention. She is amazing and makes the workout fun, corrects the posture, modifies the workout to challenge you even more. I would definitely recommend this place, you can take the complimentary class they offer so you get a feel of the place. The workout is 30 minutes, but its high intensity, so you will burn a lot of calories. I love it and its the fastest 30 minutes / 60 minutes of my day. :)

A workout at 9Round is a worthwhile and rewarding experience! 30 minutes of working out at the level you feel comfortable and then, rest and call it a day. The real credit goes to the trainers. The trainers are there to help you all throughout workout. They’ll demonstrate the exercises, they’ll challenge you when you’re seeking more thrills and most importantly, they make the overall experience fun!

Your not tied down to a certain day and time for a class, it only take 30min for a great workout. The trainers are the best part, they all are so nice and motivate you to push your self. Over all it’s always a great experience.

I love having a trainer aside when doing the exercises, Che have done an amazing effort to teach, help, and encourage me to continue. The first day, I almost lost consciousness ; a month after, I sometimes did not even go out to breathe or get water. The new year offer worked best for me, and I love having a trainer finally, after lots of search, all with very high prices. I feel the improvement physically, not clear to the eye yet. I am hoping to get my mind set to sticking to heathy eating habitats, without the weekend mess up :) Che is always patient with me, which I need because I need to be reminded of the exercise half way :D... I tend to forget. Now, Che is no longer there, I usualy have my workout when Tiger is there, he also helps me do the techniques correctly. Each trianer here has their own strangth; each is different. Six months after, I am thinking of staying; kickboxing is not only for me to improve physically, but I am mentally present when doing it. I like learning it. Thanks to everyone who help me learn the techniques correctly.

A great place! I'm a member of 9 Rounds (another location) for almost 6 months and haven't quit yet :) This kind of workouts fits me because it is not only short and dynamic enough to not become boring, but it also yields a great ratio of burned calories to the time spent
