Made discriminatory remarks about us being poor. ALI the manager, she said if that's what you need, insinuating we didn't have any money. Here's the story. We ordered a drink and someone stole it, pretty typical of Starbucks. So we told them and they served 6 other people before starting ours. So we said that's messed up. Then they gave us a ton of attitude and we were like clearly you guys don't care this happened. So the manager came over and was yelling that that's just what happens. People just get fit in where they fit in. Then she started screaming oh so you want me to comp your drink. And we were like yes we think that's what you should do because that's what is considerate. And she yelled to the restaurant, "IF THATS WHAT YOU NEED" She then gave us $4 on a Starbucks card. The rudest person I've dealt with at Starbucks and she made discriminatory marks, yikes Starbucks, might want to have a chat with manager Ali and tell her even us poor people deserve basic levels of respect.

Good and quick coffe.. love the customer map. Plenty of sitting chairs. It has clean restrooms and they don't mind non customers use it.

Closed midweek midday. Can’t use the VID as the excuse… what gives. Usually our go to stop off 5, Lost Hills has worst customer service, now this one is just closed at 3 pm on a Wed.

We usually stop at this location on our way to the coast. Always very clean. The staff is friendly, but, once again, they told me they can't make a decaf Frappuccino. They can. I told the gal I got one there yesterday. After a moment of panic, she figured it out. Parking is a problem, but just be patient. Something will open up.

Guaranteed ho-hum mediocre coffee when there are no higher end espresso places around. And in a sea of fast food awfulness, Starbucks has some really decent food choices. Let's call it a place of acceptability.

My experience at this Starbucks is superb (100/10). I ordered this special made drink that will take a lot of work to get done. Vanessa, the barista, is being super nice and helpful. She asked me if the drink is what I want and remade a second one to meet my expectations!!! I don’t mean to encourage ordering drink with extra work but she is absolutely the best:)

I needed a pit stop to take a standing work meeting and the estimated arrival time to this Starbucks allowed me enough time to set up before the start of the meeting. Honestly, I would give this location 4.5 stars because it was clean, the seating was a'plenty, the staff was friendly, and the WiFi was decent (my video quality didn't waver on a Zoom web conference). My latte tasted the same as other Starbucks, which I consider a very good thing since you never know with chains. This Starbucks is in a great area too. I love any area with an In-N-Out nearby (typical Californian). Anyways, definitely would stop by again if I needed to take another meeting on the way down to LA.

OMG! The Holiday Panini is outstanding. It’s like thanksgiving in a sandwich. The store is clean and the servers were very nice. The Americano was right in point. I will be happy to come back again!
